Every time a post pops up about the Warriors do you realise how silly it looks. Tiny little things that reek of desperation and jealousy. How can you criticize their crowds when we have woeful crowds ourselves. Our away support is dreadful and only comes out to play when there is something at stake so to bring that up is just comical. We play the biggest sport in the world and can’t nearly fill it whereas the Rugby play in a sport which it at least 10 times least popular than football. You pick at their crowds, You pick at their fans, you pick at their defeats and you pick at their league. Well i am afraid The football is just as bad on every front and our league is the worst run and most corrupt in the world, (bar Italian Serie A) You moan when they get a big win and then they come on here and wind you up about it. Maybe if the threads like this were cut out the situation would not be inflamed and both sports can get on with it. I love both sports and both teams as believe it or not i am a Wiganer and support my town, And i don’t let what one person did 30 years ago mar that decision. If it was not for Maurice Lindsay there wouldn’t be any of this. :angry-soapbox: :angry-soapbox:
Im happy with that, Anyone from the Man United academy is worth a look at, He has proved he is more than adequate so far in his career, Let’s just hope he can move up a touch now and play his passing game. Good signing, Free transfer, Decent competition in the middle and free’s up un-used funds for other positions. Diame now has to make sure he performs consistently every week, Think it may be bye bye Thomas, Can’t say i’m disappointed.
Or they could just be paupers and they still have no computer and the club are having a sly parting dig
Only thing i could find is this translation. The full story is that 78 players have been released from the academy and he is one of them. Plays as a defender i believe.
Five players leave the juvenile and 12 more are in the B
While eight players have made the jump to Junior A subsidiary of Barca are five that have left the club this summer: Jesus Unzúe (Cornell), Carlos Castarnado (Logroño), Jordi Maso (Llagostera), Pepe Palau (Villarreal C) and but yet to be confirmed, Gaël Etock Chelsea.
The transition from B to A youth has been much harder because of the 26 players who formed the team led by Sergi Barjuan last season, are 12 to leave the club, including some ‘media’ as Angoy Jesjua Cruyff ( exentrenador Barca’s grandson) who goes to Wigan striker or Roigé Pol , which leaves the club the way to Madrid. In addition, Pol Aitor Busquets and Ruano are Atletico Madrid, Joshua Currais and Roger Canadell, Espanyol, Roberto Alarcon Murcia, Alex Lopez, West Ham and four other players (Yannick Adamu, Adrià Escribano, and Mamadou Bakary Mendes Sylla) still have no computer.
Now that is an interesting story, I’m presuming it’s on loan as he is in the Barcelona academy
Do you have a source?
i wouldn’t have thought he’d even score 3Easy to predict isn’t it
Aghahowa would score goals in a side like that. It shouldn’t even be open for debate really.
Martinez want’s a striker to do the job of 2, That is our problem.
Let’s be honest here. It’s crap really isn’t it. Very bland and un-imaginative. Won’t stop me buying one though, Need one for the holidays but nothing beats the 2005-2006 one for me.
whelan has stopped putting is own money in
players are bought by players being sold
what is annoying is we sell a player for 9.5m
replace him with one for say 2m
so where does the other 7m go,also its not whelans money but the clubs money used from the sale of previous players
example money from sale of palacios and heskey helped go towards zogbia
was not whelans own money
they used to call bill kenyon for the same thing.I do understand where you are coming from bicky but i am gonna sit as high on the fence as i can on this one and watch the war from a distance.
He had better be good. It has disappointed me a bit this one. Looks as though we aint going for a straight replacement but a cheap option who could go for a few mill or do a job in the championship. Wright-Phillips, Routledge, Dos Santos.
No McLean, I mean they are even rivalling Peterborough for his signature, Christ almighty.
Such a good match today that, Brilliant, I love being able to support two teams in two sports that i love in their respective top divisions. :D :D
Kiernan, Surprised the club has not announced he was on trial. Or indeed signed.
Very nice ground that, It’s like a scaled down version of Man City’s ground. If they can stay up they will do the championship proud.
Get in, Hope it’s right, This is the mon i touted last week to replace him. He is massively under-rated, Would love him here.
Rejected us for Getafe :( :(
i have been lurking around here for about 13 years and the griping has and will never change
