My mate has now got these pin badges in stock. :cheer:
They are only £2 each and the numbers are limited for the semi-final. I think he intends making a special one for the final as well, result pending. So if you want both as a set then obviously get this one before they all go.
There will be some in the Brick on saturday, or you can phone Fred on

Is the Brick The Bricklayers Arms?

A small showing from us will play right into our detractors hands – especially the Thugby lot.

But with the costs involved it’s not surprising really if some families choose not to go.

Minimum for ticket and official coach is £65.00 each – £260.00 for a family of 4.Then the same or more if we get to the final.Plus food and drink, program …………………….

I suspect it’s going to be one or the other for some.

What’s the choice? 2 games of footie or no holiday this year.

Single blokes or ST holders with no kids though – NO EXCUSE !!! B)

    Easy peasy. :)

in reply to: That tackle and BBC #105965

Picture of the tackle as a back drop. Lawrenson and Keown sat po faced and all self righteous.”It was a bad tackle” “Should have been banned”.Yadda yadda yadda.Move on guys for Christ’s sake.

Really pisses me off. No mention of the Toon supporters disrupting the Sunday League games before the match.

Would the Geordies be bleating so much if they hadn’t got beaten? I don’t think so.

You’d think there had never been a bad tackles before. Yes it was bad,yes he should have got a red and a 3 match ban – It’s not the players or the clubs fault he didn’t. That’s down to the officials and the FA – Blame and crucify them and leave us alone please.

What really pisses me off the most in all this is that while our player is being vilified by all and sundry, the player who committed arguably the worst premeditated tackle of all time is being paid thousands by ITV as a match summariser.

Where is the justice in that?

Oh and the french kid will be back in 3 weeks believe …………….

in reply to: FAO MR Jonathan Jackson, Chief-Executive Of WAFC. #105696

Bet you wish you’d saved your fingers now.

    Plus why post on here?

E-mail him directly.I did last season following a problem with the ticket office.

Got a reply from his assistant (Jackson was out of the country) and my problems were sorted out.

in reply to: The “foul” #105522
However, the referee did see the tackle, although he did not recognise it as a foul. That’s quite different in my view to an off-the-ball incident that the referee does not see at all.

Halsey has apologised to Newcastle and said he didn’t see the tackle. The free kick he gave was for handball a couple of seconds later.

The linesman had a perfect view though as MOTD2 showed but chose not to say anything for some reason.

Yes he did get the ball, but his studs were showing and it was knee height. A youthful rush of blood perhaps?

    A retrospective 3 match ban I reckon. :(

in reply to: Re: well done latics #105470

    Great performance.

    Great result.

Not even a yellow card from the ref for the tackle which means the FA can stick their orr in I think.

    A ban may be coming.

Sad really as the performance dipped whem McMananman went off I thought.

Can I be cheeky as ask what you do for a living if your job takes you to so many exotic places? :)

    Not cheeky at all mate.

I used to charter aircraft and contract the hotels for football teams.

And, I’d hardly call Kazakhstan exotic![/quote]

How on earth did you get into that line of work then?
