theres a help line you can phone if you need help
aye theres nowt like walking along the banks of the duggie with your pants legs rolled up and the slutch squelching between your toes on a crisp feb morning :geek: 8-)
luiz takes rooney out, fergie up ranting,in yours and that tosser phealans book it was just a comeing together
well there you have it,just goes to show how corrupt the f.a and the premier league are,i wonder if it had been barton, bowyer would the out come have been the same. You see players who jump to win headers but use there arms to jump higher get sent off but rooney did it with full intent gets away with it,the f.a bang on about racism, respect and fair play in the game well i am sorry but by refusing to do anything about this goes against everything they are trying to promote
Well for a start, you can rule Allardyce out.He was interviewed on Sky weeks ago, saying he’s keen to get back in the game, but he believes he should only work in the Premiership.
And then a few weeks ago, he actually declined the West Brom job, BEFORE he’d even been approached. He obviously thinks they may go down to the Championship. So it is highly doubtful that Sam Allardyce would come here, given our current situation, anyway
So that’s one crossed off the list.
And I find it amazing that Chris Hughton’s name has been linked with the job. Not much experience at all.
thank fook for that dont want fat sam
chris hughton contradicts alot of what people on here say
something about not enough experiance(martinez)bet you where clock watching!
i for one dont want martinez to get the boot,it is simple we can not compete in this league and you only have to look at the table to see how close it is all way up to eighth place.I like what bob is trying to do and given time he will achieve what he has set out to do in his plan he produced to dw which got him the job.I have said for two seasons now i dont want to be in the prem league and what went on yesterday with mr rooney is another reason why,if that had been in the championship he would of gone. You are intitled to your views but you need to get behind the club and bob,we have been in a lot worse postions than this, like not knowing from one week to another if we had a club to support.Get a grip, i will put my hard hat onlet me put you wise aceface because you were either not there yourself or you have a selective memory,as it seems many of martinez’s supporters have, i was there during the freddie pye and ken bates eras, i joined supporters groups and attended meetings and fully supported protests led by jack sudworth,we even paid and rasied money to support the club – even back then some folk said dont do that – dont rock the boat, get behind the club, we shouted our protests at the ground or in every media we could.
i am still here after all the protagonists at the time are distant memories and i will be here, hopefully, after martinez has long gone – dont you dare tell me to get behind the club because i have been behind this club since i was a nipper -it will not stop me expressing my disgust at the buffon in charge now, just as i did when pye and bates were dragging the club down.[/quote]
YES i was there, and my memory is fine thanks,i made a banner that read pyes murdering wigan ath and it was the headlines in the wigan evening post it was draped over the front of the phonix stand and i think it was horrocks who ripped it down and put it under a seat in the directors box but it was to late a photographer had snapped itHi aceface, I ain’t slagging anyone off for their opinions. That’s what the games all about. However if you are happy to see the Latics. performances over the last two seasons, you are easily pleased. I’ve never been as BORED in 50 years of watching football. As it would appear are a lot of other people, hence the drop in attendances. Just because I say negative things about the club doesn’t mean I ain’t a supporter I am a Share Holder (for what it’s worth) and when the club where in dire straits and were on the verge of folding. At a meeting held in the Queens Hall I signed up to pay x number of pounds a month to help the club keep afloat. So I do have the club at heart. It’s just I hate to see it in decline like this, due to one man’s( or maybe two) stubbornness or inability to change anything.ow do bronx,i never said you were slagging anyone off,and no i am not easily pleased just sometimes you need to take a step back to move forward. We could have quite easily have got relegated under spud head it was only because he got the points on the board before xmas but after xmas it was relegation form but i dont recall a witch hunt for him even though he stitched us up before hand.I too was at the queens hall meetings, and supports club and collected money in buckets with my dad been down to springy to put straw over pitch then back again on sat morning to take it off because we couldnt afford for the game to be off.I dont see it as a decline i see it as a transition period mate
bet you where clock watching!

Wait until Chester play at Skem in a few weeks, it’s seriously going to go off. I think we’re at home to City that day, or else I’d go along.
I’m sure Skem’s ‘Subway Army’ firm will turn out for this. There’s one road in and out of the ground, lined by trees, and they’ll be waiting for the coaches. I’ve seen them do it before against FC United. A load of runts who you never see otherwise.
Plus, Chester fans have a gripe with Skem’s chairman, who said they should not have been started off at that level. I think he had a point, to be honest. Chester fans seriously went mad about it.
Skem V Chester..might get a bit….’Tasty’. :angry-boxing:
yeah watch out chester,skems subway army be ready to be beaten by a BLT roll………………………………………..see what i did there,subway,blt roll  :lol:why has no one picked john brown,roy tunks,ian purdie,frank corrigan,jeff wright,maurice whittle,john butler,kevin langley,warren aspinall,mike newall
