Didn’t realise Balagun had played over a hundred games in Bundesliga, played games in world Cup finals and was out of contract in summer. Would be offering him a deal ASAP.

You mistranslate every post and are becoming the VAT of the board with your anger towards the club and Manager. I didn’t say I would be happy finishing second to bottom. I’m suggesting given our club size we need to be realistic in this divison where we are likely to finish and with that in mind I would suggest since the turn of the year we have done pretty well. We were playing well before the new year but weren’t getting the results and you moaned it’s all about the points. Now if we play scruffy and win you complain again. I wouldn’t imagine you would be happy regardless of who was in charge or how we were doing as the clubs just a punch bag for some in reaction to their own personal frustrations. I would bet these men are moaners generally in life.
Is it a myth that we are on paper the second smallest club in the league with only Luton averaging smaller attendances? Given our club size what would be realistic as a finishing position? Cook got us in this league to begin with and has so far kept us in this league whilst unearthing the odd gem with the squad now valued at way above the team he inherited.

Said this one before. Both are bigger clubs than us and given we average 9k fans we do pretty well punching above our weight. For every Preston and Blackburn (who incidentally average 40% more home fans than us) there’s a Sunderland and Portsmouth. I’m not that interested in other clubs to be honest but over the years I think we can all agree our success is perhaps unparalleled with our club size and continues to be. We have the second lowest attendances in the league and will struggle longer term to stay at this level I would imagine but we do our best. Lowe had a real hand in the goal I recall? First half we were in control and created chances. Moore missed a left foot volley I recall from a great cross in from the right for example. Second half we took a firm stranglehold on the game in tough conditions and got our just rewards. That’s one defeat in six games with 3 good victories. But fuck that. Let’s be negative.
