With Williams gone this morning and Robinson on his way the 6 million owed to football creitors must be wiped out now. With money we are owed and solidarity payments with held by the EFL we must be an attractive proposition to potential buyers.

Partly his fault we are in this position

If we had signed Gelhardt on loan last year we would have sent him back with what was shown in pitch that’s for sure.

Putting us in admin still makes absolutely no sense to me. Robinson, Devine Weir, Gelhardt and 3.8 million in fees we are owed would have covered any impending creditors and would have left us in the championship with the club being worth miles more as a result. Whole situation still baffles me.

Haha. Just thought that pal but I adore Jonesy as I can tell you do. Only one man can lift this club and he’s our boy.

Men who want likes of Adkins obvs don’t understand what this clubs about. As a player he epitomises everything good about this club. Would run through a brick wall as a player, a club legend and in all this shite would be a real ray of light.

So on your premise every player could also just walk away as they are in the same situation as Cook. The PFA paid the wages at Bolton and Macc didn’t they? No players or managers walked away for nothing. For a man who alluded to being a socialist I’m surprised at Cook for walking away at this time but guess his stock is high. Seems to me that football is sleepwalking into armageddon . Clubs potentially have zero income this side of Xmas apart from TV money and its currently unclear how the hell crowds will return? I can’t see as a business model how any club outside the Premier league is sustainable.

Yeah I mean how can a global pandemic that has brought the worlds economy crashing to a halt not affect a sport that is soleley funded by the playing of games or Spectatoda paying to attend games? Be a few fuckin force majeures popping when this second wave comes round and no fans attend games this year! Get your point Lostock. If this aint a force majeure the EFL could dig themselves a right hole going forward.

Was 1-4 when all this started. Now 4-7. We are still 4th favourites with Sheff Wed 1-100. Odds mean nothing. We’ve been upsetting them for years. Believe. Within 20 mins Wednesday night Fulham could have nothing to play for.

Well if your all so certain grab a load of 6-1 on Charlton.

Fuck me. Wouldn’t like to be in the trenches with some of you men. We play a Fulham side that are 50-1 to finish in top 2. Very quickly on Wednesday they could have little fo play for with Brentford and West Brom having relatively easy games. We have been on top form at home (scoring 8 last time out) and been really difficult to beat. Tough maybe but not impossible. Charlton won’t beat Leeds so in our hands for me.

Still need to win Saturday. Lose and we could go down.

So would a global pandemic that restricts our income for months not count as a force majeure? Point will be that some dodgy get bought us during it but reason we were put in this position so quickly was due to covid I’m sure. It may have happened in future anyway but 6 months with no income would hit most businesses. If Robinson hadn’t had a heart problem we would have been run on a profit this season. If Gelhardt goes we would be well in front. We potentially have 30 million pounds worth of players so what’s the worry having debt? Two or three players and we are back in front. I know you fancy yourself as Poirot reading the club accounts every year but we are no different to any other bugger in this league.

There’s no evidence that any money passed between Choi and this new company. He’s simply transferred it to himself so as not to affect IEC share price. Choi has obvs run out of money during Covid and has had to engineer a way out. The news that Robinson and Williams are available for 1.5 million if we go down is heartbreaking.
