The efl have no excuse for this. Everybody knows you have to get it ratified by Barnsley first.
BTW, I’ve seen what some of you lot look like, and indeed…
… you look like true Latics supporters ;)
Up the ugly whiskey Tics!
It takes a lot of guts for a team thrown together and low on confidence to grind out a win in such horrible conditions. And some very good management.
Of all our famous wins of the past, this one is up there in terms of potential importance. And ugliness
Up the ugly Tics!!
I will personally blockade the motorway if Kyle signs for Barnsley!
Glad your not drinking any dodgy Spanish wine Lostock, it leaves a nasty aftertaste.
I used to love an Italian wine called Est! Est! Est! but can never find it anymore.
Bottoms up for the new Tics
I totally agree Runcorn the older players seem to respect them too. To get anyway near a result is a major achievement with all the disruption, so to be slightly disappointed with the draws we’ve is exceptional.
I hope they get rewarded in time and stay with us.Happy Christmas to everyone
It can only get better
Can’t it??
The darkest hour is always before dawn. Let’s hope the new dawn is breaking.
Its good to read some comments from the old faithfuls. It been hard to talk about Latics because what’s happened to us has been beyond unfair and you can only post so many anger fuelled rants before it takes its toll on you personally.
I have actually enjoyed seeing the youngsters come through, especially after following our youth cup campaign last season, but, the league table doesn’t lie and we need some fully fledged, fit, pros, to keep us up.
Keep he faith everyone and soon we can hopefully get back to attending matches and shout louder and prouder to support our lads on the pitch.
Stay safe and drink up!
This bottle of wine. Did it come from Lostock’s cella? If it did I’m not surprised theirs been such a commotion about it, probably worth more than the admins considerable fee.
Anyway, on the pitch, what a performance from the Mighty Tics young and old and a welcome return of Owen Goal who popped with our winner. I thought the admins had sold him to pay for the halftime oranges!
Today’s performance was drastically improved from Sheridan being in charge. We’re starting to look organised and cut out a lot of the comical errors we used to make. Back four and goalkeeper have played THREE games in a row together and starting to show a bit of understanding. Can’t say too much about midfield and attack due to the continued enforced changes so their all still raw and a work in progress.
I’ve admired your work in the programme Garswood, it’s one of the highlights.
Can we use the supporters club money to pay for his travel? One way ticket only of course.
I thought Owen Evans did well despite the defeat, I’m not keen on on Jamie Jones.
I’ve really not wanted to criticise anyone after what’s gone on but we need to get rid of Sheridan. He’s not capable of bringing the Youngsters through and throwing them under the bus is unforgivable, especially as he gifted Chorley half the pitch with his first substitution.
We’ve just got to ride it out at the moment. If we ever get a back 4 to play 2 or 3 games together with a steady keeper we might start to give ourselves a chance, but until then it’ll be more of the same.
The youngsters will get better but they can’t do week in week out yet.Ha ha yes they could be well and truly aged by then. I’d drink them to erase the memory
