Perhaps this division is a bridge too far for our tyro manager? The thing is, we can’t be losing touch with the others so soon and so the question is, how long do you give him to sort it out? I would say that if we don’t get at least 6 points from the next 5 games then he has to go! That will see us past the quarter way through the season mark and if the target isn’t met then at least we will still have plenty of time for a replacement and hopefully turn things round!
I just hope his form doesn’t dessert him.Would have been funnier if you had spelled it correctly! ;)

Right back if it’s the same Burke who played against Blackburn and Birmingham and I presume it is! Played well the couple of times I have seen him, in fact I was baffled as to why he was taken off so early against Birmingham as he didn’t appear to be injured or anything?[/quote]

It’s going to be a very long season going off that display today! No pace and urgency to move the ball swiftly through the midfield, it’s like watching Martinez’s tactics again but even worse! The rare occasion we did get a shooting opportunity the shots left a lot to be desired, get them in training tomorrow I say! Let’s hope the international break brings a change in tactics/tempo but I ain’t holding my breath!

He was dominating everything in the air at the latter stage of the match last night but i cant help feeling that he’s going to cost us a few goals/points this season.

I have a spare season ticket going for today ( Mate is on his hols! ) buy us a pint and we’ll say nothing more about it! Message me your number if you want it and I’ll ring you to arrange meeting point. It’s in East Stand and once in you can go sit where you want, you don’t have to endure our moaning and groaning!
This has popped up on a few transfer rumour sites but he is worth more than our offer so need to offer more I feel! He has to be worth around £4m surely!
Just rang the ticket office and they told me not to worry as they have been sent out this week! She did say if we ain’t got them by Thursday to ring back, bit last minute if you ask me?
