Next season will see the beginning of a new Latics book. Written by a fan it will follow Latics all the way from Pre-season to the final game of the season. The book will explore the thoughts and feelings of a Latics fan and also match day experiences. This will be coupled with match reports and pictures from all games attended. A complete book by the fan for the fans.
The book will give fans who can’t make every match an insight into the rollercoaster of emotions a Latics fan travels on and also the feelings of others who travel.
Hopefully the book will contain chapters from other events such as Q&A with Roberto Martinez, Dinner Events, Player of the Year and Wigan Athletic Supporters Club events. Everything Wigan Athletic will be covered!
Before the project begins it would be helpful for any thoughts on this idea and if this is something which would be read by Latics fans.
The title is something which is still to be decided upon.

SWP is a more all round player and has more experience than AJ..Also I think he may be a better player anyway..think SWP has a lot to offer which is why I think his inclusion is the correct choice :)
Cant believe Cambiasso is only 29 according to that, he was sensational for inter. Maradona is a nutter leaving zanetti out aswell!Agree though, I though he was older than 29!

The 3 keepers we’re going to take aren’t injury prone, I think we shouldn’t take Hart.

Lampard out for J.Cole or somebody like that and it isn’t too far from my preferred 11. Would have W.Phillips in too. Not sure which of lennon or Walcott I would remove. If Rooney plays like he did Vs. Japan, get him out too! Don’t want him to become too complaicent.[/quote]

Everybody knows Bullard fishes… Has done many interviews whilst fishing and it is a well known fact to Wigan fans and Fishermen (Of which I am both)… But an 87lb 6oz net is by no means a ‘Giant’ net to win a match with.
Seeing as we paid £6m + Ryan Taylor, £8m was an absolute insult anyway, if we get something close to £15m, then its definately worth considering.It was £4.5mil + Taylor who was apparently valued at £1.5mil.. It was reported as £6mil total we paid for him.
That said..The progress and improvement he has shown merits more than an £8mil bid, which is still, an insult.
