Pryor, Rock and Murphy are stereotypical black comedians in my view, using comedy in a self-deprecating manner to produce ‘I’m-black-but-funny-too-laughs’. This is mainly Pryor and Rock though, and I do like Richard Pryor purely because of his films with Gene Wilder, whereas Murphy has just eradicated any possible perception of him being funny by coming out with guff like ‘Nutty Professor’, ‘Norbit’ and ‘Meet Dave’. He’s just embarrassing himself now.Has Dylan Moran been mentioned yet? Excellent comic.
I agree about the Eddie Murphy bit…All of his films are awful and he is awful in them.. Pisses me off.

…..just clearing out some cupboards upstairs and come across all the tickets for every game we played during our first season in the prem.
Got me wondering if anyone else managed to go to every game home, away league and cup during that historic season. If any of you did, have you kept all the tickets?
I know there wasn’t more than about 150 of us at Elland road for that midweek cup game so there can’t be that many of us.Was thinking of putting them in a big photo frame with a little detail underneath each one as to the result, scorers attendance etc.
Might be worth a few bob if I did, but its gerrin passed down when i’ve gone to to my eldest lad. I just find Chris rock funny from what i have seen, but to be fair I havent seen much from him.

Duke.. I am going to answer for Griff as I made the mistake of asking something like that and Griff is right on this one.
He isn’t saying the Paper talk is fact at all… He is only saying that with the way people are posting on here (saying we should go for such and such etc) that what it says in his Post which contains things out of the paper is what you can all post about by saying we COULD go for them. He is making the point that this thread should be for possible realistic transfers and links etc, rather than people hoping we go for somebody….I THINK.
