Thanks JR, and apologies for confusing you. It’s been a long day, and it isn’t even over yet!

No probs Griff as long as I’m up and running.
I never do well in these things, but the husband of a girl who works for me was in the top 10 of the daily mirror fantasy dream team all last season. There are literally hundreds of thousands of players in that and it’s top prize money.

Just been on another Partick Thistle fans forum, what a different view these men have to the bitter Cardiff fans, who slagged off the captain of their promotion winning team, when he signed for us the other day.

Taylor left back and Taylor-Sinclair left wing back I’m sure somebody can come up with a good little ditty for these two.

I’m surprised by the comments made by the Cardiff supporter who says “that came out the blue”. Did he not read my post 5 days ago? B)

          Bring on James Tavernier. :cheer:

Whilst I would love Maloney to stay, Uwe has said that he wants the average age of the squad reducing to 24/5.

Maloney is 31 years old and is not as sprightly as he used be. The injury and long lay off last season did take its toll on him, the few come back games he played were not his best, but perhaps that’s understandable.

With just one year left on his contract, we may decide to cash in on him rather than it fizzling out like it did with Gomez, Diame and Figueroa etc.

If he stays …..great, if he goes and is replaced by a good young un….great as well.
The lad Lingard is being linked to us as like Powell, he doesn’t appear to be in United’s future plans.
He’s only 21 years old so that would seems a good acquisition for us knowing how Rosler can bring the best out of players. :cheer:

We are signing two players before the weekend is out.

The first one is Andrew Taylor from Cardiff. A 27 year old Left wing-back who has played 100 games for Cardiff since signing in 2011. before that he played over 100 times for Middlesbrough. B)

The second one is James Tavernier a 22 year old right back who has spent most of his career on loan at various clubs. He is a Newcastle player, but spent most of last year on loan at play off promotion winners Rotherham. B)

The Tavernier link has just hit Newsnow, just remember where you heard it first. B)

I for one wish him all the luck with his new team.

He had superb season for us, battling more than anyone to get us back in the prem.

Not too keen on Sunderland mind, but I’m sure he will prove to be a fans favourite up there.

QPR are probably the best value at 5/2. :(

Does this mean that your feeling for Roberto has changed?

Are there any more relationships that you would like to confess to?[/quote]

Can I not hate more than one person you empty headed wazuk?

Even though I think you are thicker than a workhouse butty I’ll answer your questions, then please stop stalking me. :woohoo:

Firstly, my feelings for bobby are still the same, why should they change just because I hate the rugby? Warriors winning nowt and Everton not winning out in a season would be a nice double for me. Would make it a nice treble if you feked off to another board. B)

I’ve got loads of other relationships, none of them have got diggly squat to do with you. Perhaps you are short of a few mates being that fat pimply kid who nobody wants to play with?

Let me leave you with this. It’s a bit of fun coming on here, I have strong views on certain matters and I state those views. I don’t ask for anyone to change their views on those same matters and I don’t give personal insults unless someone gets personal with me.

You now know my position well and clear, I don’t like the way Martinez left Wigan, nothing will make me change my view, just like nothing will make you change yours.

The same applies to my sentiments towards the cherry and shyte.

Now stop trying to be clever and sarcastic like you was in your last post and have been in many others. If you want to argue your point on the above please feel free to do so, its your prerogative, but try and do it in a grown up manner.
Finally, avoid coming in your pants by digging up old posts, believe me its not worth it and nobody else is interested.

And there is the ‘old chestnut’ Attendances. Again glass houses and a futile argument. The obsession Latics fans have about Rugby is just embarrassing. Claiming not to be bothered but talking about them all the time. Some folk can’t deal with jealousy though. On no Warriors board do you see a football thread. Apart from the well wishers in the F.A Cup final. Infiltrated with sad, bitter middle aged men this board. The pointless hatred for all things Rugby will soon cease when you all get too old to bother any more.

It’s payback time sunshine having endured over 20 years of rugby fans taunting me about how poor our crowds were.

I’m in mi fifties and really hope to see the demise of rugby league so I can die a happy chap. Bitter? yes! sad? no! ask the majority of the middle aged men who support the tics.

There’s only on set of supporters who are jealous and they are lodgers at the DW pal. It’s not pointless hatred, cos it makes me feel fekin beltin.
