Believe it or not my missus who has just seen it on SSN.
I’ve never had a text from her in my life about football, this is the first one and she won’t have a clue who he is, so she’s seen summut. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!£3m deal done!

What a journey!I’d sooner wait and see rather than moaning before the lads been fitted out for his training gear.
Apparently missed today’s game with Macclesfield due to being knocked over by a cabbage white, as he crossed the car park at the Euxton training ground. Twisted his sock. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! So you think taking a risk on a player who’s had 3 serious knee injuries and more pulls than pornhub is a worthy gamble ?, 30 games ??Jesus ter fookin night, I think you slipped and hit the 0 key
He played 17 games last season up to Feb then was frozen out for some reason. Watch his interview on the official channel before making rash comments.

What a journey! It looks like we are bringing McLeod in from Brentford in midfield.
Mark my words, this will be amongst one of the poorest signings we’ll make all season. This guy is mega plagued with hamstring issue’s that won’t go away. This isn’t a one off issue it’s been with him most of his footballing career.
His lack of gametime over the past 3 years is because of this problem and a serious knee injury. He actually missed the whole 2015-2016 because of hamstring problems and it’s never left him to this day.
We’ve just let go of a player (Powell) who needed constant mothering to the point that, if he hit grass the number board went up. why the hell when your short of players take on a player that suffers so bad with hamstrings. min 4-6 weeks out when that goes.
Perhaps that’s why he’s only been given a 12 month contract even though he’s only 25. Good gamble in my opinion and one that unfortunately we will have to take in our position.
If it pays off and we get 30 odd games out of him it will be a superb signing. If he is picking up injuries throughout the season and hardly contributes we don’t renew his contract. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!I think the club have got it bang on. Play a couple of friendlies to test fitness then nearer to the start of the season play a couple of decent teams to work on fine tuning tactics, eg Everton, Burnley. We wouldn’t have gained anything playing a top club whilst building up our fitness levels Dave. We’ve lost a couple of players already to tweaks, going full out against a big side would have probably led to more.

What a journey!Guess which one has the better goals per game ratio in the championship?
And Clarke’s got more than me in the Championship ffs pal do a better comparison hey !.
I take it you didn’t go much last season or you were wearing your Elton John rose tinters every week. He was one lazy get up till the last 4 or 5 games as they do when contract time draws closer and the penny drops.
This signing wouldn’t be moving forward, it’s a step backwards.
Its time Cook and the IEC need to push on not back
Why do people interpret posts wrongly? Please copy and paste the part of my post where I said I would like us to sign Clarke? Its you who you needs to change your specs buddy. I wouldn’t touch Clarke with a barge pole, I was merely stating a fact.

What a journey!Really? Its very unusual for Cook not to come over to the fans and applaud. He has done that in every away game I’ve been to including pre-season friendlies.

What a journey!I too thought the red strip look good yesterday with the complementary black band on the socks. It looked different to anything I’ve seen before although I have always been against us wearing red. Thank god we’ve dumped the yellow shirt that we couldn’t win one game wearing it last season.

What a journey!Change the green bits to white and it might not be so bad. I’ve never been keen on round necks.

What a journey! You me or anyone doesn’t have a clue how these new owners will operate so you can’t tar them with the same brush has previous management at this stage. I remember Paul Jewell saying that teams outside the Prem can only start serious recruitment after the big boys have done their dealings. Only then will it be come apparent who is available to take on loan or who is being released, the chain of events begin. I’m sure everyone at the club are doing what they can to add to our squad, but unfortunately we are not an “attractive” club for any semi decent player in terms of our wage structure and where we are in the batting order in the championship. If you were say Alan Hutton, which club would you choose in West Brom, Forrest or Hull?. If your after a decent salary then it would be the baggies, if you want regular football, a decent wage and don’t have to uproot your family then it would be Forrest. That’s what we are up against, so let’s not get too giddy or over expectant, we are what we are. PC does not have a crystal ball so I’m sure he’ll bring players in who won’t make the first team on a regular basis, that’s football.

What a journey!Dan Burn was awful in the run up to him leaving. He is not Championship material let alone Prem standards.
As for Yanik, yet another example of a player thinking he was too good for Wigan Athletic. Hope he ends up at Rochdale or Accrington, I certainly don’t want him back. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! Its all about honesty and clarity with fans. I don’t expect the new owners to be sat and interviewed but we hear nothing from the Royals.
Were told there’ll be more emphasis on youth coming through but we’re looking at Sam Gallagher at around £5 million with Powell type wages when we in truth we should giving young Callum Lang a chance.
Most lower Div fans must envy Latics and the position were in with the new owners but it’s all based on theory and the “what if” fctorCheck the official website, to be fair Royle has given a good interview, obviously he can’t divulge names with respect to player interest.

What a journey! They have a history of dabbling in different things getting bored then trying something else. That’s the worrying thing for me. I suppose at the end of the day it will all depend on how successful they will be with this latest “venture” and that will reflect on how well they manage the club and stadium.
I’m quite happy for them to keep a low profile and let Royle and Jackson do the talking who are football people.
I don’t see a problem in them milking the stadium as much as they can if it means a bit of investment for us.They will certainly understand what it means financially getting to the premier league so I’m sure that will be included in their business plans. From Matlock to ManU
