I’m not sure McCarthy will make that much of a difference as the beginning of this season he didnt break any pots. The player who may change our fortunes will be Moses IF he gets more than 15 min a game.
Yeah lets play a weak team and run the risk of embarrassment i mean its not like we have a bad goal difference is it? which could cost us at the end of the season
Because our best 11 have never been embarrassed in the last 18 months!
We seem like an easy target for bigger teams to pick our best players. Other clubs ask for silly money for their player eg Cahill at Bolton been linked with a move away for the last 5 windows but Bolton want £20m. Hopwever we accept much lower bids (Cattermole and £8m for Chalie in the summer)
Totally agree Bobby C. I wouldnt mind seeing him back here tbh would be more confident with him at the back instear of Boyce, Stam, Gohouri etc

I believe that the time has come for Martinez to do the best for the club and step down. Genoa have today confirmed the signing and have also said they have the option to sign him permenantly in the summer. Sounds strange to me as Martinez has said he will be a big asset nest season?
