For me, number 3 is the “goal” that wasn’t given against Northampton.
Discussed on here at the time, some said goal, some said no goal…the ref said no so that’s the end of it.
Here’s the extract from the club website…
Colclough went close in injury time before Morsy’s shot appeared to cross the line after striking a post but the referee waved play on before blowing the final whistle seconds later.
A controversial decision which didn’t cost us. Last season that would have happened at 0-0 in a must win game or 0-1 in a must not lose. For me, that was the moment I became convinced this would be a lucky season
Excellent news!
Couple of points to ponder….
1. Will he be gone before December? (2018)
2. Hope he got a £1m+ bonus clause for promotion…Yes just heard about SAF.
They’re saying the surgery has gone well but obviously a very serious situation and wish him all the best.
Great win great night well done guys thoroughly deserved!!
We’re in Italy having a very nice bottle of red to celebrate. Hope the guys enjoy themselves tonight they deserve it.
Championship watch out the Tics are coming!
But the games are not on TV or have you seen a listing of where the matches are being aired.1 game will be live on Sky, just not announced yet.
At a guess either us or Northampton/Oldham. They will be waiting for Scunny result tonight before they decide.
Can’t help feeling that we have to win the title today or we wont do it. Just hoping the Addicks help us out but it wouldn’t surprise me if the mouthy pricks get a win there. Nerves are shot COYLRelax Nuneaton…we’ll be reet B)
Think we will win 3-0 today and Blackburn draw 1-1. Will celebrate tonight even though the trophy would technically have to wait until next Saturday.
Quite sad this morning that the home season finishes today, contrasting with last season when I couldn’t wait for it to be over….the highs and lows of following Latics through thick and thin!
COYL
You’ll get people moaningThe deadline for claiming your seat is usually late June after the fixtures are out…now it’s the end of May.
BRW
Seriously though, it’s a great deal at £289. Can’t remember how much it was 2017-18 (£269?) but let’s hope it puts a few more bums on seats.
Getting excited already even before Saturday’s party :woohoo:
It’s going to be a lovely day at the seaside :woohoo:
Promotion today? Probably not sadly as I can’t Shrews slipping up against Bury, so the party on hold till Tuesday night!
You never know though….
Turned out to be a decent point in the end with Bristol Rovers equalising.
I had been keeping an eye on their score all afternoon, but not in the last 10 min. Then to a man the whole of the East stand group starting chanting we are top of the league….
Shrewsbury know given the GD they must get 6 points more than us in the last 5 games. Not impossible, but highly unlikely.
Up the Tics
4 wins does it for certain now!
11 points enough given the 32 goal advantage over Shrewsbury :woohoo:
There is no such thing as an ugly win…3 points on the board is always beautiful
Come on…. :woohoo: :woohoo:
Ordered my ticket for own ST seat plus a seat nearby for the wife Friday afternoon.
Arrived in the post this morning!
Bloody rubbish Wigan…expected to wait a week at least for it to hit my credit card account :woohoo:
The measure of a champion side is the ability to win, with a reduced side, on an off day…
Mission achieved….3 points…
FAC aside, we’ve lost the last 2 games so well pleased tonight.
What we would have given for a few ugly wins last season
BBC seem to think it’s Saturday (12.30??)
City will totally dominate the game & batter us without scoring. We’ll get a last minute corner or free-kick & score from it.Just checked Oddschecker. We’re 22/1 to win City 2/11.
I won a few quid in 2014 at 22/1 to win at City…omens lol
It’s a funny old game!
