How much do you think a pint of lager will be tomorrow?
Was £3.60 so I’m expecting anything up to £4 :ohmy:

I reckon about 47 points would be enough to survive and so therefore from our remaining 16 games even if we lost 7 of them, 6 wins and 3 draws would be enough, surely that is do-able right?
I still have a semblance of positivity but it wanes on a weekly basis !Basically 7 wins out of 16 to get us to 47 points.
That’s what Yootha needs to focus on, 7 WINS. Any 7 from 16 will do…starting tomorrow!!
FFS go for it. If we are going down then go down kicking and screaming. At the moment it looks like we’re going down with barely a wimper.
Play to win and we may. Play for a draw and we could get stung again like Saturday.

If we go down, so be it. It meant 21 other teams were better than us over the season. But that’s carp and we know it. There is no excuse for us not being at least 6 places higher than we are now.
Said it before, but if we lose having really gone for it in a game, so be it. But Yootha seems happy to sleep walk us into League 1.
2 up front (or 1 playing off 1 if that’s too much for some to stomach). Get the ball in the box enough times something will happen. We might even get “lucky” for a change ;)
Looking at the fixtures, our 8 remaining fixtures do not look the most difficult – Preston, Forest, Bristol, Villa, Rotherham, Barnsley, Cardiff & Leeds, and I’d like to think that we could amass at least 16 points from those games.Then I remember that we’ve won 1 home game in the league since September, and 3 all season.
We’re at the stage of the season where every point (and possibly goal) is priceless.
For me though it’s the run of fixtures qpr, FOREST, blackburn, (birmingham), BRISTOL C that will make or break us. Of the 4 games against teams just above us must get 8-9 points min or it really is over.
Certainly a big improvement when we went 442 second half, but then again just about anything would have been an improvement on the first half!
We’re “officially” in the drop zone now and given the next 3 fixtures the task looks very tough. Bogle looks like he could be a real handful, IF he gets the support.
Surely Yootha will now go 442 at least at home :ohmy:

I’d sooner lose 4-3 than another boring 0-1 to yet another “unlucky” goal.
There’s rarely if ever an “unlucky” goal. It happens because the other team took a chance and it paid off. Get the ball in the box enough times something will happen. And for Christ’s sake leave someone up when we’re defending a corner.
The days of players playing for the same club all their career are long gone; players come and go, get used to it.
If the club/DW can make a few quid along the way good luck to them.
Hoping (as opposed to expecting) there will be more inward business before 2300.

So important that we do indeed pick up 3 points today following on from last week, or we could undo last week’s good work.
Any team can win a game in this division (Rotherham last week etc); critical that we can put 2-3 wins together to climb out of the drop zone.
Good to see new blood coming in; let’s hope we don’t now got through our usual “settling in” process for about 10 matches or we will be sunk.
I think we can do it today, happy with a scrappy or even a lucky 1-0.
Let’s hope it’s not that pr!ck Mowbray commentating.
