Go on then john ask me another one
Macmanaman right winger for McLean left winger the oles just got squarer and the pegs rounder
Be a good one looks like we need a right sided midfielder with macmanaman out of touch and Gomez or mccarthur not the answer
45 mins against a team struggling at the bottom and we have had zero zilch fook all attempts at goal
Going well
Long term or a knock?
Correct. The reason we won was his head but undoubtedly the main reason was he didn’t ruddy take it.
On Saturday, we started with two wingers, McClean and McManaman, but no forwards. We finished with two wingers and two forwards. At least, we would have if McClean hadn’t been sent off.Last night, we started with a centre forward and a different winger (Beausejour). Coyle then took off the centre forward, brought on a different type of forward, Fortune, and reverted to the two wingers McClean and McManaman.
Perhaps Gomez is as puzzled as I am.
Not as puzzled as I am by your post, what exactly are you saying fella?
He’s had the same level of stick for three years and he’s still here.
Must have pretty thick skin. Most of it is undeserved and sections cannot wait to get on his back but to be honest doesn’t do himself any favours with his lethargy at times.
Gomez haters behind me “Gomez show us some magic”
His mate “Yeh make yourself disappear”Did make me chuckle, better than there usual “efff off Gomez”
Arky, errr No just thought I would post on here to see if I got a bite !!
Whether you thought we looked like scoring and I didn’t, the reality is we didn’t and for the fourth consecutive game, maybe you will agree that is pathetic?
Just after calming down I’ve listened to Coyles evaluation of the game. Reckons it wasn’t a pen, ranting about the sending off and stating we did enough to win the game.
Eff off you tosspot take your blinkers off. It was a nailed on pen, lucky not to lose Carson, the red card for McLean was bollocks but in the 94th min irrelevant, and as for doing enough to win……..
I’m fuming again
Once i saw barnett was not in your best 11 i stopped reading.
However ill bite. Gomez and watson get on the ball most and try to break teams down the most therefore likely to cock it up the most hence get the stick the most.quote=”StandishWalker” post=119997]
Just like I said in my postBeausejour was awful today, never beat a man, one cross in the first half which missed everyone out it was hit that hard. He is our worst regular player. As soon as McLean went left he started to beat men and get crosses in. Gomez wanted 10 mins on the ball without a challenge. If we had our full team I think we would be pretty good.Al habsi Boyce Ramis rogue perch Espinoza McArthur mcmanaman Powell tMaloney fortune. No Gomez definitely no beausejour.
This has to be a wind-up.
O
In my view Beausejour had a steady game. Nothing spectacular, but little wrong and did well when he went to left back. McClean did a lot better when he was moved to the left, but that isn’t difficult as he was frighteningly bad on the right. And as for Gomez – he’s our only creative midfielder, and has been one of our best players this season, but he’s still gettinng stick from some supporters because he doesn’t hare around the pitch kicking people.[/quote]
Could have had ten, nearly ended up with a draw, what a save from Carson, good stuff all round. Little gripes macmanaman not really at it and then got injured
Regardless of formations im certain the best way to play is not to hoof it. Youll never keep possession that way
Dicko in his 5 min cameo revealed why hes not been given any game time
Salford got to agree with the subs
gomez only midfielder getting on the ball
mcamanaman had beating of full back as opposed to mclean
powell looked a threat when dropped deeperbixzarre
