We knew that relegation was inevitable……..what a spineless kop out.Why was it inevitable ? Oh ,you mean like death is inevitable ? Screw me what a weapon !!Yes it was inevitable whilst your reach around partner was in charge…….but your not bothered now ,are you ? The manager was trying to emulate Barcelona with championship grade players and as admirable as it was at times it was crap to watch. But blind love is a wonderful quality.
Or maybe you proved you know k**b all ,when to the Darkside it was so plain to see that we were S***e.We told it as it was, as we watched your fantasy Robbie world crumble around you .The proof is our now championship status .You never know we could swap sides next season !!!
I have a few left …..minus the ones that followed Europes best young manager over the Premiership cliff, you obviously had your harness on !!
Mates Griff ? Where did I mention mates ? Follow the words with your finger on the screen if it helps !!
How much do you think we’d get if we flogged him now ? He’s still in the early stages of his career .Im sure we’d get alot more if he proves to be as good as I think he is.Do you want us to bounce back next season ? ? Don’t you think a player like Macmanaman would be a huge advantage ?As for Griff ,the man is still struggling to come to terms with Robbies 4 year relegation plan coming to fruition that he now resigns himself to addressing posters grammar !!! Ours, his ? Whoevers investment the fact is to move season tickets Whelan will have to give supporters a modicum of optimism and I’m afraid no matter how cheap they are some folks decision to buy will hinge on just that .
Couldn’t agree more.I think Maloney mccarthy and possibly Kone are gone.
Try reading all the posts before you start typing Griff. He’s gone now ,wipe those eyes …..you believed and it hurts to know you got it so wrong.!!!
Moyes never got d****d 8 and 9….or got relegated !!!Yes it was a big ask but we never improved over 4 seasons culminating in the drop.Up to you if you want to call that success !!!
” well it will be for those that turn up”….What a knob !!! “I know best cos I go away games”.mentality !!…..8-0,9-1,0-6,0-4…etc etc etc. and still you couldn’t see .Not reveling in our relegation ,far from it .Maybe I support my team and refuse to act like some love lorn JLS groupie.Under Robbies reign we have been poor some of us see it ,puppies like you can’t…That’s human nature .
Or…..”we knew we were going to get relegated eventually “…
I’m sorry Dickdastardly to interupt your reach around with sillyford but served up on toast ?……Behave yourself !!!
Credit where it’s due…..good reply !!
Question……..What league will Wigan Athletic be playing in next season ? Ans …Championship……Played losing football that was pleasing to watch. Yes Sillyford your man Roberto REALLY has taken us down and now he’s grabbed the parachute because “He doesn’t feel equipped to take Wigan back into the premier league “……….couldn’t have put it better myself.
Good post.Keeping Macmanaman is vital to us making a fist of it next season. He has only just broke into the 1st team so now is our time to reap the rewards of our careful nurturing. But alas when Whelan smells the ink on the notes he will be gone like Cattermole ” Sunderland haven’t got enough money to buy him,we plan to build our team around him”.6 days later gone.I for one would tell Roberto where to go for a season if he comes poaching and I worry if we do have an exodus a lot of people will return the insult buy keeping their season ticket renewal cash in the bank.He surely must give fans some optimism buy doing his utmost to keep as many of the squad together even if only for the short term.
The lightside have finally had the eyeshields surgically removed and lo and behold what do they see..????….Answer.. The Championship !!..Personally I think a move to Everton is the ideal move and not as Whelan quoted a much bigger club.Get real Dave .How does his cv qualify him for a really big club post ? I would have liked him to stay and prove Whelans hype by getting us back in the prem but another poor league season and jobs like Everton would be vanishing in the distance.I think Robbie knows this so good luck to him (I think he’ll need it ) and thanks for fantastic end to his time here.
