Well done lads. You’ve just demonstrated why this site is now considered as Wigan Athletic’s answer to Newsweek.

Why doesn’t one of you just put his hand in his armpit and starting making farting noises to cap it off?

Seven hours and counting, yet still no responses. I reckon they’re practising, so can’t post until it’s mastered.

Here’s a clue lads, put your hand under the OTHER armpit!

Hodgson stated he sees Rooney as a long term option for the captaincy, although perhaps not immediately.

    From SHREK to FEC then.

in reply to: He’s got a sweet left foot on him? #94126

Back on topic, for me ‘cultured left foot’ has to be the worst.

How is it cultured? Fine dining, opera and radio four?

Actualy, I’ve always taken this and similar comments to mean he has a shit right foot!

Yeah, it’s a variation on the eduacted left foot. It went to Oxbridge while the right one failed its 11 plus and finished up at Cardi with me.[/quote]

Oi! Cardi was a great school. At least it was when I was there. Obviously it may have gone downhill with ‘other’ year groups.

Bradford it is then, but at home

in reply to: Victor Bravo ! #93827

Just seen the Chelsea goals on SSN. Victor might actually get a regular start for them after that dive to win the penalty.

Ironically, if he’d been at Wigan he’d have probably been rested tonight.
At Chelsea he’s now a squad player limited to ‘Capital One Cup’ appearances.

No idea what I’ll be doing, maybe golf or the gym, but I’m not going to Sunderland.

Big breasts but that’s about it ! She is what you might call a ” Borderline Boiler ” !

    Bet you would though?

in reply to: Away tickets #92834

Isn’t there some restriction about needing to be on the club’s database and having some transaction history?

Might be wrong, I often am.

in reply to: Use of the subs #92629
When did Martinez ever get his subs right????????????????????

Didn’t do too bad at Southampton.

    in reply to: Everybody #92621

You’ve actually trawled back 3 years and a month just to score points in a petty little spat you’ve chosen to start over how many posts someone has made and over what time period.

Cringeworthy is my new favourite word.

in reply to: Roberto’s correct decision #92495

Roberto didn’t take the job (allegedly) because he wanted full control over everything. Rodgers was happy to take it on the basis he didn’t have full control. He is now reaping the consequences of accepting that.

The other problem Liverpool have is that whilst I’m sure Rodgers is a decent coach and has a clear vision of how he wants the team to play, he wasn’t the architect of what he had at Swansea. It was Roberto who created the Swansea we see today. The process of bringing about significant change, be it at a football club, a business, or anywhere else is ridiculously difficult. Just look at our last three years.

If the scousers wanted and need that knd of change they may not have he right man.
