I don’t think Sharpie will Turf Warren out, because of his Sage wisdom; and together with Barrow we will Plough on and become a Blooming good team.
I remember going to pantomime for the first time; where they taught all the children to BOO the Baddies. So I apologise if I did boo, because I have been unwittingly mentally scarred from an early age.
Wigan Rovers.
Do they still exist ?Go put a poster up in the shop; Bobby is back in town :woohoo:
And Bristol play Burton this Saturday.
I think this is Mr Joyce’s do or die game; lose and he’ll be gone, with Roberto appointed as interim Manager ( with full agreement of the Belgium FA ).
Somehow it doesn’t add up. Only life threatening situations would be treated as an urgency at such short notice, otherwise there is a long waiting list for anything that is remotely routine ( I speak from recent experience and don’t wish to offend anyone or wish anything unpleasant to happen to Mr Joyce ).
Peter Shilton training with a sandbag strapped to his back; so that on match days ( with sandbag removed ) he could leap like a salmon.
Playing with two proper wingers, before continental Europe spoiled it and passed a law in Brussels that thou shall only play one up front.
Paying to go into the paddock at Springy, then sneaking into the Phoenix stand via the side door when’t’owd codger who checked stand transfers were distracted.
How Long Before “Bottom Four Bob” is back to rescue the Tics :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:I’d settle for bottom four right now, instead of bottom three.
Didn’t go today; had morris dancing practice for Easter Gig in Appleby. What formation did we play, because the stats say that we did not have a single shot on target. Now that’s a long while since a Latics team appeared so inept. Bring back Bobby Brown Shoes !
One of My favourites; beltin fun !

Actually, charcoaling your face ( “blacking up” ) goes back to circa 1450.
It’s all one way traffic; no respect or thought about our traditions. Well come on; there Morris Men, not the KKK !
So, because it’s a “tradition” that makes it OK and it should therefore be left to continue regardless in the same way fox hunting is for example…..[/quote]
Okay supreme lefty luvvie Sammy; let’s try and ban the barbaric slaughter of halal meat in the UK. It’s not our tradition, but there would be an outcry if we attempted to interfere with the traditions of another culture. I for one would sign a national petition to stop the slaughter of halal meat.
Put your mortgage on Rooney breaking Charltons record against us.Only to be overshadowed by the last minute Morisson winner.
