I’ll be there, but probably just day trip this one rather than a weekender like the Final.
And I plan to go to all European games home and away, but I am unsure what my situation is going to be come that time so that may not materialise. Fingers crossed.
I think you have to play your strongest squad possible in all remaining games.
Personally I think (provided Alcaraz is fit) we should revert to 3 at the back with Alcaraz, scharner, Golobart/Caldwell with Boyce and Espinoza wing back. Espinoza clearly needs defensive cover. I think he performed admirably given his inexperience in the role, but he needs help.
We need at least 4 points imo. We need a win on the final day that is obvious but I think we’ll need something from Arsenal as well.At least we will know before the Arsenal game whether we absolutely need something out of it.
I’m not doubting QPR or West Brom could win, but I’d rather they were playing Tottenham or Arsenal this week.
If one of the two lose on Sunday I will be back in belief mode. You never know with this club. But relying on other teams (who have nothing to play for by the way) is worrying.
Hey we could shock ourselves by winning at Emirates. Not unheard of.
There is still a decent change of us staying up, but its probably the bleakest its ever been (yes, 2-0 down at half time to West Ham included).
He does have passion for sure, and he definitely cares about the result of the match. He is just past his best. I thought he was great last year and the year before, but its time he went to the glue factory.

Sorry, but I’m just pissed off that suddenly everybody wants to know WAFC, I mean with the cup final, and yet in a week or so’s time, a lot of these saame people will not give a shit about the club.That’s why I’m annoyed. I know loads personally, men and women, who have never given a toss about us, yet come Saturday, they will be decked out all in blue and white, face painted, and a replica shirt so new its got creases in it still.
I am sure all Latics fans want the support to grow. And it has to start somewhere. Do you get annoyed at kids getting free tickets? I got a free ticket as a kid once and now i’ve been a ST holder for 10 years and going to every home game for 13.
I want the support to keep growing, and if a few plastics end up in the DW for a spell then fine. Some of them will latch on and turn in to people like, who love the club, bleed blue and white and sing their hearts out. They just had the misfortune to not be introduced to the club early enough.
If there were no plastics going on Saturday we wouldn’t have sold nearly as many tickets as we have.
