I expect somebody to write a book about it all and be a world’s best seller.
He’ll no doubt get crucified for his misdemeanour.
And believe me, I didn’t make you special – that probably happened naturally, quite a while ago.Dam you for making me laugh at that….!
He never reached the heights expected of him.
You could hear em all loud & clear on the tellyAh, but you had to be there, part timer. ;)
I think he should give a special thanks to all those “fans” who booed when his name was announced at Wembley on cup final day.
Some people!
What was the edit for horc? Had you forgotten to include yourself?
30,000? Really?
And on the subject of attendances what was the crowd on Sunday. I’ve not seen it reported anywhere.
Isn’t it nice when we all get along.
I bet you have seen some sights though Phil eh?
Nudge nudge, wink wink, no what I mean??It’s all in the book ! ;)
I don’t know how to break this to you but the book has already been done. What is the ‘Click’ for after the 12th shot ?It jammed!
I know which police force I prefer to have protect me.
Maybe they got wind of the piss-poor PA system that was being used and didn’t fancy the embarrassment of having to say a few words and not being heard!
That James Hewitt certainly put himself about a bit!
I think the stewards, especially the fire steward, should be praised for their heroics in the way they handled the smoke bomb incident in the first half. I’d like to know how many other clubs would have had the foresight to ensure a bucket of sand was on hand to deal with such a potentially life threatening incident.
I sincerely hope that you wrote this with tongue in cheek and a wry smile on your face ! :)
jewel been seen at dw
I’ve been seen at the DW as well so I must be in with a shout!
I fully expect both Martinez and Jones to be there next season.
I’ll be very surprised if that isn’t the case.
The only think that might make him leave is the academy and other development plans being put on hold because of relegation – which is a distinct possibility.
If what he’s said in the past carries any kind of credibility, and I consider Martinez to be an honourable man, I just can’t see him leaving the club in a worse position (status wise rather than finacially) than when he joined.I agree that should the academy etc be put on hold that might change his mind but I expect Whelan to have a real go at trying to get back to the Premiership next season, certainly whilst the parachute payments are in place.
