Queued up today with my son at the new latics shop for signings and was able to speak to Kirkland, Caldwell and Roberto.
Martinez in particular took a genuine interest in the fans by signing his photos with individual comments and holding a conversation.
Regardless of how wigan do in the future,I for one will be 100% behind him.
Roberto in my humble opinion is a true gent and a fantastic embassador for wigan athletic.
Good luck for the coming season and up the tics.I was going to come on here and put exactly the same thing, i was really impressed with the way he was with the kids. That sort of things goes a long way to putting bums on seats, some of the kids could have easily been Utd and Liverpool fans who where up Wigan at the time.
God, even when I have been out of the country for a week, and not even seen a computer, I can start threads on here, my powers know no bounds.Back to the serious side, sorry if my article didn’t please you all, but at least I had a go, if you think you can do better, then why don’t you?
And to be honest, I don’t think anything I wrote was brownie, so Scoffy, you’re saying that you disagree with me and that football hooliganism is actually a good thing? If not, then please state to me which part of the article you think is two veg, that goes to however else said it was bull aswell, I can’t be arsed to go and check who.
And yeah, I did use wikipedia as my source, but I had to use something didn’t I? If I had used any other website I don’t think anyone would have cared, just because I use wikipedia should it be any different. Plus, info on this kind of thing is limited due to it’s private nature, so I didn’t have many sources to pick from.
Thanks for the constructive criticism Griff, but I’d like to think my article had a little bit of quality?
Duke, please tell me where i wrote that i thought hooliganism is a good thing. I put that the article is bad which it is, most of it is pure shite

Club have to have registered the kit. ;)
Why is it that we are one of only a few clubs who havent got a groundsman with a qualification, you would think with our pitch problems we would have a doctor in turf as groundsman.
Another broken promise by the club again it seems.
Getting back to the original question, NO still havent had my email.
Just got it, 14:36
£40 for that
£40 for Diame and no less, 1 week later a £35 bid from Sunderland is accepted and MO MO is on his way to the North East

Premiership Kits, 2010-11http://maofootball.wordpress.com/201011 … ague-kits/
I quite like the West Ham away design.
Tottenham’s home shirt is a bit weird, but obviously a ‘retro’ style design.
I think all look pretty smart. Wouldn’t of minded having Puma and the design they have used for the Newcastle kit.
I think the design of the Sunderland and West Brom home kits. West Broms is spoiled by the massive sponsors logo but i think the Sunderland logo actually suits the shirt.
Are they still about??? and what are your thoughts, here is my ltest article.

Can’t remember where i read it, but i read that he was signing for Championship new boys Leeds United.
Went up last night with the kids on ours bikes and found a cracking spot just to the side of the stage. Going back tonight to see N-Dubz anybody got an idea what time they go on stage?
No idea, but i’ve just heard a gang of hoodies outside the shops near the fingerpost in Aspull, saying they are going up to the hall tonight in numbers “bike stealing”.
Apparently there are some idiots daft enough to go up there on two wheels and are easy prey for this professional gang from moss side. Its a good job that daft idiot took a big thick chain with him and chained them all together and that was before i read about the gang from Moss Side going up.
Just got in had to leave before N-Dubz came on but saw all the Alesha Dixon set there was less there tonight than last night.

Saturdays on tomorow  Gutted im going on holiday 6am flight in the morningSaturdays are appearing on Thursday its Alesha Dixon and N-Dubz on Tuesday.
I know i am going to get stick over this but i last Saturday night after a few sherberts i ended up on the internet ordering a Vuvezela. Its arrived today and bloody hell does it make some noise.
I think that all the east stand massive should purchase one and make the Vuvezela the sound of NewSpringield.
For once lets be 2 months ahead of everybody else and let other sets of fans pinch the idea of us becuase after the World Cup i wouldnt be surprised if as a few sets of fans start using them.
It will be making its debut against Villa on Tuesday night.
I for one think it would be a great idea to have a few of these at home matches. It would certainly get some much needed noise into the stadium and would be unique.
How much are they Scoffy?
James C, do you still think they are a good idea?????
Oh yes forgot about the latest Sky probaganda – what is it again
‘Its back, its Monday night football’
Personally I think it will be a Sunday 1.30 game – then Sky will be able to give Blackpool the big build up
Also the fact it is a derby, the police will be keen for an early kick off !
If its a early kick off that means the rest of the afternoon around Blackpool :D
Jamie Carragher has an explanation for the Germans’ flying start to the World Cup – they’ve been playing with the Jabulani ball for five months. The Jabulani is manufactured in Germany by adidas and has been used in the Bundesliga since February.
It would certainly explain why the Germans are the only team so far who seem to have mastered crossing the controversial ball. They are the only team so far to have scored more than twice – beating Australia 4-0.
Carragher said: “It gives them an advantage, that’s obvious. The ball is so inconsistent you don’t know what it’s going to do.
“It makes it difficult – which is the same for every team except Germany.”
The Premier League were offered the use of the ball but declined it due to being in a contract with somebody else
