Do you know summat we dont egg lad?
Just a feeling
We won’t be liquidated
Who says they haven’t challenged what they’ve found? If they hadn’t we would possibly have an answer by now
I’ve dealt with multi-million pound contracts and it doesn’t take that long to investigate the credibility of potential bidders.
So there must be an issue somewhere and they want to double tick every box after last time. They don’t want another club going to the wall.
Latics previous owners owned the stadium. The stadium however wasn’t an asset of the football club.
They are two separate companies.
Company A owns the stadium – https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07283993
Company B owns the club – https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/00270043The admins are selling them as a piece which js what they wanted all along but could still sell them in parts as they have done with Euxton and Sharpies. Selling Euxton wasn’t asset stripping the football club as the club never legally owned it.
Company B paid rent to Company A. The original list of creditors posted by the admins showed a substantial bill to Company A.
The Spanish may choose to register the companies separately as they are now in which case they will own the stadium but WAFC won’t. Alternatively they may choose to register both under the one company.
Since forever as Latics don’t actually own the stadium.
Going forward Phoenix that will depend on how the Spanish want to set the companies up. If it is the same as is now then they wouldn’t get away with charging the rugby more rent than the football club i’d imagine.
If they decide to combine the two and Latics then own the stadium, then the rent would probably go up but you would expect it could only possibly double.
Well they rightly should have to with the pittance of rent they been paying for yrs.
Both clubs pay the same “pittance of rent”
The council has always slayed to their side.did the klumps ever pay anything towards the re laying off the new pitches in the past.
Yes
Except we can’t afford the stadium without them. With both clubs paying the same rent, the stadium loses circa £1m a year.
After last time I hope they go further back than their nan.
People criticising the EFL need to think what their reaction would be if these guys are given the keys to the club and then do an Au Yeung on us.
Take your time EFL, and make sure you get it right.
If travel restrictions are still in place then Liverpool will struggle if people can’t travel from all over England, Ireland or Norway.
All depends how long it’s taken him to persuade his boss.
I’m surprised that anyone expected the results this season to be any different.
Well, I say that, I’m not actually knowing how some of our fans operate.
Pretty much that Leyland.
ST holders all in a ballot and pull out the first 2000 names. If they all want one then job done, if not then draw again.
