Do you do any work, when you are in work?????
Not if I can help it.
dont get me wrong i’am not a john terry fan but how can he be cleared of racism in a court of law yet found guilty of the same offence by the f.a?As I understand it, in the court case they had to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he directed his words at Ferdinand. In the FA case they just had to be convinced that he said the words (which I believe he has admitted?) irrespective of who they were directed at.
Back to his best. Nailed on for a win now.
Sunderland v Wigan
I thought Sunderland might have held on to beat West Ham last week but the Hammers’ late equaliser means Martin O’Neill’s side are still without a league win this season.
I don’t think they will have to wait much longer, though. They haven’t really been any better than OK against anyone all season but Steve Fletcher is in a fantastic vein of form and I’d fancy them to put Wigan under a lot of pressure.
It was no great surprise that Black Cats midfielder Lee Cattermole was sent off against MK Dons in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday and also no great surprise that O’Neill was unhappy about it either.
Cattermole is past the stage of being able to put his actions down to being over-enthusiastic. He is 24 now and is an experienced pro so he knows he cannot lunge in.
His old club Wigan will try and play good football at the Stadium of Light, which they can on occasions, but they do not play well enough for long enough in games.
It’s not a case of the Latics having to improve otherwise they are in another relegation battle, because they are already. Like I said on Match of the Day, the way I’d describe their campaign is a bit like a basketball match where you want to fast forward to the last few minutes of the game. With Wigan, you just want to know what will happen to them at the end of the season.
Prediction: 2-0
Why do both sides argue about crowds when they’re both the same? It’d be like me arguing that my bottle of diet coke was better than yours because mine came from Asda and not Sainsburys.
Wigan v Bradford attendance prediction from me ……7328
About right I’d say. 4500ish home fans and a decent Bradford following hoping for an upset.
Caldwell played in that position against Australiahe also played there the other week in the world cup and look what happened dont be silly mate
They drew?
by the looks of it your in danger of falling short of the projected attendance of wafc v bradford in 4th round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There’ll never be 12,000 on for that in the memory of man.
I predict it will be a semi-professional sport within 15 years which is not a long time in sport !Unfortunately if the idiots running the game carry on it will.
ok while we are on the subject of rugby
if and i very much doubt there is any rugby fans who may read this herewhy do they sing
and its wigan rugby wigan rugby fc were by far
ok you know the rest
but why put rugby in there is it to let people who are watching know what the sport is ?you dont hear us sing
and its wigan latics wigan latics fc football do youSo that it fits to the tune?
Happy with that draw. I wonder if the Swansea fans will display a Judas banner for Brendan Rodgers?
The premeditated attacks Gomez and Watson were getting only 5mins into the game were just simply ridiculous. (which is what i think i was going on about when i started the thread)Everyone has their own scapegoat. They seem to be the favourable two.
They’re so biased towards the rugby that they regularly get players names wrong.
Why have we changed the mudhuts song?
Boselli was excellent. McArthur never stopped. Ramis and Caldwell looked solid. Stam was impressive. Miyachi looked dangerous. I could go on and on. Was an all round good performance.
If a player isn’t pulling their weight then the fans have every right to get on their backs. Jordi has rarely pulled his for a few years and thus has grown an army of critics who are slightly harsh at times.
He’s a good player but he’s incredibly frustrating to watch.
