I really don’t think we’ll win the appeal if I’m honest. Or if we do we’ll probably get 1 point back.
Link?
And theres been 3 accepted bids for Moore or you not reading
That’s the words of the Admjn Bid accepted so fcukin sell We get 2-2.5 million We save 18k a week There WE’VE LOWERED THE WAGE BILLSo we’ve sold him then haven’t we? He just nerds to pick a club and then he’s gone.
If nobody has bid for Morsy say then we can’t sell him can we. But we can sell Owen Evans if someone bids for him.
Basically, they will all go at some point but in no particular order.
A club needs to bid for them before they can sell them
Twelve points for Sheffield Wednesday…..NEXT SEASON!!!
We have to pay the wages cupwinners and the only way to do it is to sell players. If we don’t pay them they can go for free.
It’s heartbreaking, but it wouldn’t be any different at any other club.
As for the comment about a list of who is next, the clubs bidding decide that mate.
Whilst he’s out on loan he is off the wage bill. Simple as that. More will probably follow either permanently or on loan.
Maybe nobody wants to buy him? Maybe its a loan (gets him off the books no matter how small a wage) with a perm move at the end.
It seems strange I agree, but hopefully it means we benefit from him in a few years as opposed to Weir and Devine moving on.
Does seem a strange one. Maybe there’s a fee involved or a recall if we need him
Thankfully horc the appeal money is nothing to do with us. Hopefully it starts to kick back up again when people get paid this week Any fundraising ideas welcome.
I was wondering whether you knew if the Supporters Club were planning any action to boost it. I’ve just been paid, so I’ll be chucking a few more quid their way this week.
Plenty mate yeah. T-Shirts on sale at the minute.
The EFL has already ruled out the ‘Covid’, as a defence.
The case isn’t being heard by the EFL.
They’re quite right though I fear. Using my car example from another thread, you can’t buya car that does 1MPG and then take it back when you need to fill it up every 2 hours.
They went into administration in May 2019. I can’t find how much they owed but they did owe £1.2m to HMRC who tried to issue a winding up order to them several times.
AFAIA they have yet to be punished for failing to fulfill their fixtures, something which our administrators said would see is kicked out of the Football League.
I’m really not confident of the appeal and think that the circumstances could actually work against us. The owners claimed covid was the reason which I presume under force majeure would be pretty tough to argue against, but the fact they bought us during covid and all the crap that has come out since means we will struggle to argue that. If the club is going in the intentions of blaming the sale on the efl and this supposed bet then I can’t see us winning that either.
Gerald Krasner said last week that he is speaking to Au Yeung before Friday and I think a lot will depend on what he says there.

I think we may struggle with the takeover until Friday is out the way. Who buys a business (or anything) when they don’t know how much it costs to run?
If you’re buying a car that has two options, 1MPG or 100MPG but they can’t tell you which is which at the time then you won’t buy it until they can. If it turns out it’s the 1MPG option then your whole budget needs adjusting.
Bit of a daft example but you get the idea. Buy the club in the championship and it looks a far better prospect even if it’s to sell players than in L1 with some of the best players able to leave for frig all.
This is why I was glad there was more than one
