BOSELLI HAS TO START ON SATURDAY!! What more can a lad do to get in the team he has scored in practically every game he has played in!!! Regardless of the red card gomez was terrible for thwe first 45mins. Surely martinez has to see the light!! I may change my seat to the halfway line as close to the dugout as possible and get a few boselli chants goin!! GIVE THE LAD A CHANCE!! If not him put callum or ryo in!
Amazing some folk ,a few wanted Boselli sold after the first season
I see Boselli scored again for the Development Squad this afternoon.Down to 10 men again  The FA have certainly got it in for us
I do – wasnt that the day you had to move your massive fixture to accommodate a tin-pot pit village sporting fixture at a football stadium? And give away over 5,000 tickets to local kids.
yes kick off time was moved by three hours but was played in the same stadium on the same day it defo was not moved to a different town and stadium and unlike the lodgers not a problem to us
How to alienate your squad…..make promises you don’t keep….Well done Martinez! :(
I don’t need to check a results service. If Yicktick has bothered his dull St Helens arse to post, we must have lost ;)
Griff you know how it goes on here ,bad manager decisions ,Jordi Gomez yadda yadda ,Martinez out ,and all that shite :silly:
You would think some of these men would want a return to the pre prem days
I don’t see anyone saying bad manager. Bad decisions from Martinez and the ref…..yes.
I am not quite sure what you expect after a really poor performance. You can’t just lick arse for the sake of it. If they have been bad then just say it. Go on i dare ya :P :P ;)
Nothing can be praised out of that game, Another one that needs to be wrote off though im afraid but how long can that go on for again. I want to see progression.
a lot of supporters are to happy with themselves prior to the season predicting top ten finishes and the like we will not have anything to worry about this season was another doing the rounds as well ,the tree who came up will finish below us plus second season syndrom from the previous promoted teams.
I personnelly think we have not played to bad the first few matches with out getting tonked as was usually the case apart from OT we are creating more chances than this time last year and are more attacking than this time last year the defence as in this time last year as not settled with addition of Ramis plus Alcaraz missing games has not helped but given time will do
Today’s game could of seen wigan up a goal or two up to half time ,Gomez sending off obviously and them scoring three minutes later whilst still adjusting to ten men didn’t help and from then on it was up hill
I will reserve judgement has I always do look at the bigger picture then smile and have a quiet chuckle to myself whilst watching others self destruct after every defeat

He meant that if the two sides who have consistently performed over 27 rounds of league fixtures got to slug it out in the final then you would have a great game between the two sides who had finished top of the pile. Sadly that isnt going to be the case and Leeds have timed their run to perfection again, having been pretty mediocre throughout the season.
Isn’t that a sad indictment of RL at the moment
However, they are there and we are not. At the end of the day, its a bloody game and there are far more important things going on in the world – earlier this week, I was involved at work in the hosting of the family of a young colleague of mine who was killed last year. If they can be strong over losing their 21 year old son, then a 1pt defeat to the current SL champions isnt going to have me reaching for the bottle of pills.
Sorry to here that but why bring that up in a post when there as been constant banter between you and SDW
On the bright side for those who take delight in the town’s rugby side falling at the semi-finals – at least you have a chance of filling the ground for the Everton game now!
You’ve still got it Mutty

So Wigan again fail to make the GF. According to some of their fans they only had to turn up to win. They cowardly dodged Warrington in clubcall and tonight got their just deserts.
The arrogance of this club shone through when Ian Lenagan told anyone who would listen that the majority of RL ‘wanted a Wigan/Warrington final’.
What gives this man the right to speak for most RL fans?
No offence to Wire but I hope Saints win the other semi so Mr Lenagan will get his ‘nightmare final’.
I don’t care what anyone says, there is no way this lot are the world’s biggest Rugby League club. Their success of 1985-1995 were when they were the only total professional club.
They are so big they don’t even have their own stadium and are lodgers in a football ground!
It’s the big day in the RL calender next week and yet again the Warriors and their supporters will be on the outside looking in.
I’LL BUY THIS MON/WENCH A BEER
Did you mention arrogant ????

Schools half term that week so go for 7329
Scottish football is a total non entity,it was a joke before the rangers debacle, now it is more of a wasteland than it as ever been :blush:You can always pick up a few bargains though from this non entity joke of a league though
I saw Fyvie play a few weeks ago for the reserves (sorry, Development Squad).
Have to say there was nothing special. Nothing wrong – I just wouldn’t be leaping up and down insisting he has a first team place.
So RM fcuked up buying him then ? If Watson was not used hardly if at all in the great escape of last season then I am baffled as to why he is used now, especially with the evidence thus far that he is way below the standard of the Prem !
Phil, you have a rather simplistic view about how football works.
Fyvie is nought but a kid, bought cheaply for the future, no matter what RM might say publicly to butter him up. It’s how we have to operate in our situation. I’m not sure how you can f*** up when you’re only spending half a million quid.
Watson didn’t get in the team at the end of last season because the first XI was busy beating all and sundry and not getting injured. Plenty others didn’t get in it either, ie Diame, Rodallega, Stam.
I presume that the ony reason Watson played on Saturday was because McArthur wasn’t fit (I hope so anyway) and Watson was the best available to slot in to that position.
Miyachi and McMananam are arguably better players than Watson – but not as sitting, holding midfielders.
I hope filly finally gets the point ffs
Yes I do get the point….Watson is not good enough, simple as ! Cant take corners, cant take free kicks and has a very negative effect on the midfield as a whole by constantly slowing down, sometimes even halting passages of play. He can find the odd good ball but surely that is down to the law of averages. As for having a simplistic view on the game Griff, yes I guess I do but who wants to get bogged down with the real workings of a club. Why not as many terrace fans do not just say what you see and from what I have seen of watson, well ….!! We did ok against West Ham the other night without Watson did we not !! Whatever I say certain people on the wind up will beg to differ but if we did a poll on Watson I think the majority would be with me !
I don’t think anyone is disputing your analysis of Watson in his present playing situation but the point being that until macarther is back in midfield there is no one else to play in that position ,Fyfe is not ready yet and I cant think of any other alternative

Bad ticket sales for the number one team in world rugby
from North Korea .com
seems the clubs worried about ticket sales.
I had a recorded message off Sean Wane earlier urging me to buy.for the record there is 38% availabilty in the South….as opposed to the usual 8-10%
49% and 65% for each half of the East..usually 25% ish
42% and 61% in the West
assuming Leeds dont bring more than 2,000 i think as the moment we are looking at about 12,000Something dubious about the fracas at euston station according to form the last direct train from London was 21;10 hrs twenty minutes before the match ended all trains after that endured a 7 hour journey
And to just add Bosselli scored two and Jordi on the score sheet as well the legion of doom must be pleased as punch
I used to buy the old football pink before the internet and mobiles killed it off
