It can’t be said Mike Ashley didn’t back Newcastle financially.

BBC: “Wigan boss Roberto Martinez is set to give midfielder Olivier Kapo a second chance to kick start his career at Wigan after he was seemingly on his way out of the club under former manager Steve Bruce.”

        :o

Who needs Ronaldo when weve got Kapo.

I hope Bob gets a grip because hes starting to sound quite embaressing. I can just see Arsene Wenger laying on extra training after reading this.

Not nearly as embarrassing as your spelling young fellow.[/quote]

Oh my God, just noticed your spelling of ”embarassing” compared to my embaressing. You obviously thought my spelling was wrong, you numpty.

Please put me straight and highlight any spelling mistakes. Unless you thought there were errors when really there are none. Now that would be embaressing.

Whelans done to you what hes done to Martinez. Fed a load of bull and the poor souls believe it. Took over Orrell, but ditched them. Took over Worryers, but ditched them. Stays with the club thats recieving a minimum £40m off Sky, £1/2m for each league position (that means last season £4.5m), £1/2m for being shown live (that means last season £4m), £10m in sponsorship, £40m in player sales, then add attendances, corporate sales, etc. So last season the poor chairman of Wigan Athletic had to make do with an absolute minimum of £100m.
I hope he can manage.

We won, but we were abysmal. If you enjoyed that, I can only assume your favourite Latics team included Wayne Entwistle, Phil Daley, Andy Ainscow, Don Page etc.

We were crap, West Ham were crap, the game was crap and boring. May be that was why we were last.

Ain’t in my league? Willing to test it out mucker? How old are you, how long have you followed Latics, you got a season ticket, you go away, you got the latest strips etc. Willing to go head to head and we can meet and prove it. As for 7000 fans at Springfield, didn’t you go pre Dave Whelan? 2000 fans and still a better set of fans than now.
                      Over to you!

In a normal town, there would be football fans outside with flags, chanting his name and worshiping him for the amazing things he has achieved for their club. But this isn’t a normal town, it’s Wigan. The only football shirts Mr Whelan will see are those of Utd and Liverpool pretenders. Wigan?

We get this before every game, then in the stadium it’s like a grave yard.

Its almost funny to see this. A club in its 5th premiership season, playing in the richest league in the world and our fans are talking of being in dire straits. Fans of clubs like Luton, Bournmouth, Bury etc etc must look on here and think to themselves, ‘you undeserving people’
A Wigan fan I know, but i show no malice to any other supporters who hate Wigan fans, you cant blame them. :x :x :x :x :x

So what if we got into the top two, do you think we should lose purposely to stay there? Were Wigan Athletic and were premiership to stay, don’t like it you pathetic little man sod off to Leigh.

You are joking right? Twice we have finished 10th and 11th. Also we have reached a cup final and you think you would prefer visiting Meadow Lane rather than Anfield? I thought there were sad postings on here, but that takes the biscuit. A fan wanting his team relegated, the hight of negativity.
I left Wiganer due to some sad comments, I think I made a mistake.

It isnt his club, its our club. I was helping pay the players wages and buying season tickets and merchandise long before Whelan and will be doing so again when Whelans 6 foot under.
Wigan Athletic belongs to the fans, always has and always will. Whelan has been given the honour of running our club, I have nothing good to say
