you will have the lot running in fear. :x
I expect what Sephton’s original post in regards to style of Kit will hold true and he is correct. The Sephton’s always correct.
I don’t think you can blame the MoS, they’re just doing they’re job. I mean if a huge story like that comes across to them a journalist isn’t gonna just let it go. Triesman shouldn’t have said it, he had no reason to.It was always going to leak, there was no point hiding it and letting another paper buy the story off someone.

i think you may find that some 12 year old in a sweat shop in vietnam or cambodia will be making the kit – irrespective of whether or not it bears a nike ,adidas, umbro emblem or even viswear for that matter. For a second there I thought it said sweet shop. Why would .. ahh now I get it.!

Cant believe just the two of them will be making kits, maybe they have been on this site and read all the negative talk and fear the worse for our commercial future !or they want more money, both debatable arguments
My thoughts exactly, plus I think we’ll be competing with Birmingham for survival next season, I think it’s vital that we don’t go selling our best players to rivals. I hope for the good of everyone, that he goes to a top 8 club.He wants to stay because Wigan were the only team that expressed an interest in him after his bust up with J.Kennier (or whatever). Would I sell him for £14m to B City, yeah.
I dont think we’ll miss him much as we have enough decent defenders. Proberly need a young left back, a backup if Figeroa’s injured. Other than that the defence is OK

thanks for your post donnelly – keeping us all informed about david whelans thoughts and planspity you type before you have done your research(do you by chance work for a tabloid newspaper ?) as i think you may find that jason koumas is not out of contract – the comments whelan has made are probably aimed at trying to shame koumas into leaving,
whelan, as always wants everything his way and makes comments like those to try and get general support off fans who only see a wasted talent drawing 30/40k per week for doing nothing, but he sanctioned his signing and contract in the first place so he cant suddenly expect koumas to walk away from a lucrative 12 months left on his deal -no one else is ever going to pay koumas anything like that amount so why should he walk away
would anyone on here do so ?
I think his contract runs out next summer so we better cash in on him ASAP !
Koumas + £3m = Charlie Adam

In recent seasons we haven’t been able to capitalise on the more high profile free transfers because we’ve had the likes of Kapo and Koumas taking up a large chunk of our wage bill, but not making any impact on the first team.Don’t forget DeRidder & Gomez
