Yes LGB they do but as long as the quick tests they run on it show it’s currently working they still do the deal.

Aye another half arsed, mean nothing piece of legislation.

The powers that be in Soccerball have become a total laughing stock.

When having to pander to the big money earners in the league, means more than the sport, it all gets a bit daft.

The Eduardo lack of action is just another example, as will be the pathetic manner they will deal with Adebayo….

        The game is fooked.

Fair Doos Saark, but it must be remembered that our team have only won one home game since March…..and that was the last game of last season against Pompey….and I was away and missed it!!! Hardly surprising that a lot of us have been on a bit of a football downer for a while.

It has all been a bit crepe for a long time, but I take your point and maybe the break will have done the team some good and helped them start to play as a team.

Its a beautiful day and lets hope the lads give us summert to smile about at New Springfield today.

Cheers Faz….I went ahead and did it myself in the end. I bought a heat gun off Ebay for a tenner, some heat sink paste for 2 snots and some alcohol to clean the old heat sink paste off for 2 dabs. I followed the You Tube instructions by a lad called Gilksy and it worked! :D

The only problem is once the system has Yloded (which I believe is the equivalent of the red ring of death on the Xbox) it will eventually overheat and melt the soldered joints around the processors again.

So I took it straight to Game and traded it in for a new Slim one, and took out the three year warrantee to cover any other problems Sony have brushed under the carpet.

Sorry Jayt, you failed to mention that West Ham were undoubtedly the biggest, cheatingest Barstewards who ever wormed their way into the Premier League.

I looked into that and because its a few months out of warantee they want £128.00 for a reconditioned one with only a three month guarantee…these systems are flawed and are prone to overheating which melts the solder around the processors.

I am in the process of buying the required equipment to have a go at fixing it and there is a full instructional set of videos on You Tube…if it works it will have cost me £20.00.

Loudmouthblue, did you sit in the North Stand in our first season in the prem, behind an excitable chubby bloke (vis a vis me)…..it’s just that someone else who was a fishing mate of Jimmy B’s told me that story as well.

What a very profound post, and I think a lot of people have forgotten your sentiments Bendywendy.

We should support Wigan Athletic not the Premiership.

Times are hard all over the world, even rich men are having to tuck their belts in.

I have moaned lately and have felt we needed to strengthen to survive in this league, but to hear some folk you’d think we were already relegated and we’ve only played 4 league games!

Its time to forget the transfer window, and move on with what we have. Enjoy watching Roberto trying to get this team playing good football and eventually picking up points, we all agreed it was going to be a slow start.

On Saturday I was in Southport and me and the lad went watching Southport V Harrogate, Southport won 3-1 in a really good honest game of football….no diving, every player there just glad to be playing football. Not a primma donna in sight.

The point I am trying to make is if, as some people believe Whelan has taken the club as far as he can, then fair do’s maybe the plan is to prepare us for life in the Coca Cola league, as long as the move down is planned for we will be stable when we go down instead of struggling to rebuild yet again.

Who knows maybe we could all enjoy another season like our promotion season to the Premiership now that was a cracking ride! From Whelans point of view there is plenty money to be made in yoyoing between the Premiership and the Championship.

Who knows whats going to happen, in the mean time lets get behind The Latics when they are on the field.

Not really Mutty, we got what we deserved and the slightly less crap team won.

Okay their winner came from a goal kick which should have been a corner for us, but thats the greed league, the Everton fans told the ref it should have been a goal kick and so it was, and maybe if our on loan winger hadn’t tried for a difficult shot and laid it to his left for a tap in it may have been different.

I had expected a loss, hoped for a draw but if your team can’t pass the ball to each other and don’t retain it in the opponents half you have problems.

Yes it is pretty pap at the moment imho.

The reason being as follows….5 seasons into the “promised land” and we can’t cobble together a reserve team to go to Blackpool and give them a decent game! The reason….no continuity. Every transfer window we loose key players and don’t replace them.

So far other than the teams already in Europe we are the only “Greed League” team to go out/crash out of the league cup.

Its embarrassing especially seeing as the Carling Cup is realistically the only half chance a club like ours has of getting to a Wembley final.

If Wigan Athletic exsists purely to line the pockets of the chairman, which increasingly looks the case then as stated at the beginning its pretty pap for us fans.
