Its easy to have a really passionate crowd behind you when you play like Swansea do.
It brought home to me watching Swansea how far we have gone backwards under Roberto.
1) Yeah, just like Blackpool last year and Burnley before that and Umpteen others who were too good to go down.
2)Not sure we will attract a more potent striker…the time for that was in August 2011.
3)We only look good when the other team lets us pass the ball around in our own half, in the last third we can hardly string two passes together where it matters. We flatter to deceive 95% of the time.
Your stubborn faith in Roberto is touching JR, but a little misguided I fear.

Good Grief Griff, Micky, Rodallegabomb……it’s the FA cup we are talking about here. Everyone has become so accustomed to loosing that they just accept it.
Oh and Micky if I’ve spelled anything wrong, I don’t want to know to be honest.

Up the Tics!Thanks for the advice Duke…..forgive me if I treat it with the contempt it deserves.
Losing to Swindon doesn’t bother me one bit, I’ve seen us do it before…but to loose in that fashion, totally out played for much of the game is just unforgiveable.
Martinez is totally out of his depth. His style of play is so easy to figure out and he won’t/can’t change it.
His efforts in the transfer market by and large have been woeful, largely proven today.
He has survived on playing on fans loyalty from times gone by and by pushing his luck on a handful of wins.
It’s clear Whelan has totally lost interest as Martinez feet wouldn’t have touch 3 or 4 seasons ago (The 6 mill on Boselli alone would have done for him).So for all these posters who keep going on about how far we’ve come, I’d say this, we’ve stopped going forward, we stopped about 2 years ago, we’ve been falling off the pace since. There is no need for it.

Up the Tics!Robertos team choices both pre game and during the game were truely shocking tonight.
We don’t have the biggest squad to choose from, but we need to play the best available players. Diame and Moses not starting was stupidity against a Sunderland team who only played a couple of days ago.
Then when we continually prove all through the first half that we weren’t going to play through Sunderlands ten man defence he finally realised we had to change something and seemed to do something right by bringing on Sammon and going a bit more direct…..what does he do then…..brings off one of the best crossers of the ball we have in Stam.
There’s not enough goals in our team as it is without crazy decisions like that from the dug out.
We are so easy to play against at home….all the opposition have to do is let us play all the fancy passing around we want in the first two thirds of the pitch, whilst they get enough back to put a few in the final third….they know we’ll fook up somewhere along the lines and they can break in numbers and all they have to do is score one goal and it’s pretty much good night Vienna…
We need to be able to vary our play much more to break down defenses in areas that matter…..
We can’t afford anymore games like tonight against very beatable teams otherwise it’s down we go.
Of all the teams in the Premier league the one I love us pishing off the most is Liverpoo.
They have a huge percentage of “wrong un” fans compared to all other clubs.
They have taken over from Newcastle fans for comedy value…and that takes some doing.
They repeatedly have moronic managers…”Its about time the FA did something about football fans being abusive to players”….erm Liverpool fans don’t cause any trouble do they…..? And 15,000 people can slag me off for 90 minutes for what his primma donna diving player gets paid, anytime.

Mr Micky…..Can I just say that ex season ticket holder and I are not the same person.
Whilst I have taken the time to log on, personally I think we will try and play Arsenal at their own game today and get thumped.
I don’t really care if I am a lightsider or a darksider, that’s just my feeling about what will happen in the game. Nobody expects us to get anything out of this sort of game, despite what happened last season. What we need to do is get points from games we are expected to get points in, and we don’t do that yet.
I only lurk on here these days as the site has regressed into a group of middle aged blokes who should know better slagging each other off with childish personal jibes and insults. It’s a sad thing to see.
BTW if i’ve made any spelling or grammatical errors I don’t want to know.

I agree with Filmoss.
Nobody seems to be mentioning that Marriner was shoite for both teams…Our first Sammon was stood in an offside position interferring with play, and for Crusats goal Caldwell hit the free kick forward whilst it was still rolling.
Learn to deal with it people, we are the 20th best team in the Football league.
