That is unreal, forward that on to big DaveW. I didn’t go last night for the first time in as long as I can remember as I’m totally ragged off with Rosler.
The camera went on DW sat in the stands and his face said it all. Don’t be surprised if he’s gone by Sunday, with international breaks it next weekend it gives time to get someone in.

We have signed some rubbish I know that. Riera and Delort look worse than Holt whilst the energy we lack in midfield should surely mean a chance for Espinoza. Still. Lets keep recycling the same shite!

With a new manager and fresh idea’s I’m pretty sure you’ll eat those words

It’s blindingly obvious, he plays players he likes on a personal level and those he doesn’t ? they just don’t figure.
He needs to drop the ego and play players for their ability and not base the number of appearances they achieve on them both sharing the same star sign and the same favorite colour or they both shop at Marks & Sparks. It’s not like he goes out socially with them talking about the weather or does he ?? :)

Heard Taverniers not a bad center half when needed.

              Tavernier Boyce Ramis Barnett Taylor
              Huws Forshaw Mac
              Riera Delort

Tav/Taylor , given licence to push forward the same goes for Boyce Ramis to help the middle.

Hope Roslers reading this :) this will keep him out of Brocol House

I wouldn’t let Espinoza wash that team’s kit!

What they wash it ??, from what Ive seen a tab of rightguard and a folding up would suffice

I think Steve Clarke would be a good choice for us, that’s if Rosler gets the chop. I just can’t see him getting the dressing room back, once it’s gone and the divides there forget it

From day one I have always had my doubts about Rosler. If you shout often and loud enough eventually no one listens , like you ignore your child when they have a mad screaming tantrum. His tactics have only ever consisted of “Work your stones off and run yourself into the ground” and that’s about it.
That squad is the best in the division and yet we are still so easy to beat. It’s time for him to go , tactically he is clueless. The Ipswich game was proof of that .

Okay, so who is the right man to replace him ?[/quote]
I wouldn’t have a clue as I’m not the one with the 100@s of millions sat behind the desk doing the interviewing. I do know one thing , , we need a manager in the true sense of the word. Someone who can deal with players, someone who has good man management skills. Steve Bruce has this and you never here a bad word said about him which in turn gets the best out of players.

We already have a very good coach in Black but it seems to me Rosler doesn’t know how to keep a happy camp bit of arm round all that, he’s a shouter who demands and probably demands too much. We all have one of those at work which no one likes so it can’t much different in football.

I agree – I have watched Kiernan closely lately and despite his lack of inexperience he always gives 100 % and puts a good shift

He does work hard but look at the highlights of our conceded goals and Kiernan is there abouts. For me he’s no were near ready.

                          ”It’s not the modern way”

“No one plays 2 up front anymore…”

In this division we need goals. By the bag full.

Tactics can change 100 times over, the basics don’t….get the ball in the friggin net….

We’d been playing 2 up front till the Ipswich game.I say 5-3-2 , 2 wing backs , 3 center halfs , Delort and Reira upfront and go and get some goals for Christ sake !.

We seem to talk alot about getting the ball in the net but first, how’s about stopping the fookin ball going in ours ??, every game starts off off a draw

Once he put an extra striker on we started to look something like, and could have actually won it in the end with the chances we created. It would have been undeserved admittedly, but we could have snatched it.

Why go 4-5-1 ? for the first I can ever remember I can say we have toooo many forwards. If you count MacManaman we’ve 6 , but, Rosler likes the lone striker. No wonder Mick McCarthy scratched his head.
God help us when McCann and Watson come back , I fear it will be rock paper scissors.

I think Kiernon isn’t ready or, just not good enough he was definitely to blame for the first. He had one man to pick up in the box, nobody in front or behind him to look after and ball watching and he gave him 2-3 yards to tap home Ipswich’s first.

The second goal you can’t blame him but, he slide in and totally missed the ball. Not only that his distribution from the back is pretty poor. The straight pass to their player on the 1/2 way line was school boy stuff.

I felt sorry for Delort running the line on his own. You can clearly see the lad has talent but as a lone striker ? he ain’t going to get us the goals unless he has either, a ball player at the back of him who can push the ball through to feet or a 2nd striker. He had a total of 8 minutes in with Riera at his side before Waghorn came on in his place now you can say “But Waghorn got us our goal !” but the pressure came from 2 up front and midfielders having to drop back created the pressure. To give Delort 8 minutes with a strike partner was wrong, and please no he looked tired he’s 22 for god’s sake “!.

Asking Boyce to push up should be a thing of the past, why Travernier doesn’t figure in his plans is beyond me and the same goes for Barnett.

Mick McCarthy hit the nail on the head when he said he was shocked that we decided to change from 3-5-2 to 4-3-3 . He said it suited Ipswich. It took us to go 2 down before Rolser realised this.

Who’s to blame ? players ? Rosler ? well at this moment in time it’s the manager for me with the poor player choice and and even worse tatics.
I’m in no doubt that we easily have the strongest squad by a country mile but the difference between us and some of the promotion contending teams is that they know their strongest 11, we never will.

I thought delort would have snatched the ball off ramis good opportunity for a fine start for him

                                  I agree !!! I had £20 on him 1st goal at 13/2
