It was you who called him pineapple head Griff ! Mighty only called him Pineapple as he was probably insinuating that he is ” Chunky ” !!
Of course, that’s right
Personally I wouldn’t liken him to a Pineapple because he doesn’t do what it says on the tin whereas you know what your getting with pineapple chunks !! In fact a tin of pineapple chunks would have more chance of scoring !!No point asking you to grow up now, is there? ;)
Whatever you say, he was still one of the best strikers we’ve ever had. I think people soon forget. I’d swap him for Scotland tomorrow. :oThat’s not the most stupid shout ever.
Can you see Whelan letting him back in the club though?
Whether it’s on or not on Boxing day, if it’s like this, they can stick it.What, and waste my Ozzy Osbourne fancy dress? I think not! 8-)
Correct me if I’m wrong o mighty one, but hasn’t Scotland also started on the bench recently?Never the let the facts get in the way of a good argument, eh John?
The daft thing is, those who slag off those of us who defend the likes of Gomez and Scotland think we defend them because we think they are world-beaters. We know they are nothing of the sort, but as members of the team they will get our support until they are replaced with someone better.
If only the same could apply to supporters.
We get it like this once every Preston Guild. No need for a break, in my view
At least Loudmouthblue backs up his views with some decent, debatable points.
You’re just not worth bothering with.
Pineapple head? Grow up
Well put it this way pal, our Bobby don’t rate him much, the 10m player is on the bench at best.
Its apparent that ‘our Bobby’ clearly rates that no mark Jason Scotland.
Yes it is, well spotted

I hope they have plenty of pegs in that dressing room
New Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini will hope to beat Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool to the signing of Palermo centre-back Simon Kjaer and his other targets include Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini, Rubin Kazan left-back Cristian Ansaldi, Osasuna right-back Cesar Azpilicueta, Sporting Lisbon centre-back Daniel Carrico, Sampdoria forward Antonio Cassano, AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso and CSKA Moscow midfielder Milos Krasic.

If anyone is near B&Q, can you pick a few more pegs, please?
If Martinez is anything to do with the Spanish rock salt, I’ll bet the collection of it is a joy to watch with left hand drive lorries on the wrong side of the road, and right handers on the other etc. etc.Very good
Before we know it, this board will be getting back to the good old days, if we’re not careful. Perhaps all the kids, idiots and multis are too cold to type
Mrs Griff is gutted that she can’t nag at me for being on the lash all day.
And for the fact that I will be taking my place in the marital bed rather than being banished to the couch as is usual procedure for an alcohol-ridden match 8-)
is anyone like me a touch relieved that once home tonight – the front door can be locked, central heating turned on full and not have to worry about how many pairs of socks to wear in a freezing cold east stand.I am now, but earlier, having planned an afternoon of supping which was replaced by an afternoon entertaining a bored, house-bound 5-year old, I was absolutely gutted.
I’m more worried about the river water temperature, it dosn’t half put the fish off. :lol:And your chicken butties will be too hard to bite into
not rubbing salt in the wound but bournemouth managed keep there game on  see what i did there ladsFancy that, and Bournemouth only being about 200 miles away from Robin Park, an’ all.
Surely a spade and a large bucket of salt would do the trick?Spade? I’m not sure you are allowed to say that anymore.
Where’s loudmouth? Surely he can supply sufficient hot-air to help us in our hour of need.
I’ve already got a fiver on him being the first to blame the lack of grit on the Spanish One
Probably followed very closely by an ill-judged media appearance by Whelan to say something pointless and ridiculous that makes us look even more stupid than we already do for not being able to get the stadium and its surrounds fit.
