We went into yesterday’s game on a run of nine defeats. This was compounded by the conceding of a goal in the second minute. While this was again due to an individual(s) error, and I imagine did nothing for team morale, I thought their reaction was extremely positive and they are all obviously still playing for RM.
While some other team’s fans think we should not be in the PL because of our lack of numbers of fans, if league placings were decided by supporter negativity we would be Champions League contenders every season.
For me, the 3 centre back formation worked well and helps limit both the football-playing and the defensive deficiencies of GC and SG.
I though Stam had his best game for some time and the left wing back role really suited Jones.
People can criticise our players but if they were world-beaters they would not be playing for WAFC.
Jimmy Mac seemed to back on his game (at last) and Diame was, once again, a deserved man of the match.
While Sammon does not have the technical ability of HR, he causes defenses to ‘panic’ and gives 100%. Moses and Gomez both cause problems for Blackburn.
It’s not about ‘ifs and buts’, it’s about supporting your team when the going gets tough (and yes on occasion they play shite!). After seeing Blackburn’s long ball game I know who I would rather be watching.

On match days I support my team when I’m at home I vent my frustrations on this sight because booing does not help. But that does not hide the fact since Bob has taken charge we are a club in decline made up of his players. How anyone can still back the clown is beyond me he has one way to play and it doesn’t work for us.
Hey Griff, we had a football coach drive us to the game yesterday and he is a voyeur on here. Now you may think I am making this up but I am being dead honest. He said ” That griff guy has got very little knowledge of football. He sounds like a clever bloke but some of his footballing comments are beyond belief ” !!!! If it is money and he is getting greedy I wouldn’t be held to ransom he can’t hit a cows arse with a banjo and couldn’t cross his T’s. That said the lad has ability and I would love him to stay but he has a lot of improving to do.
The problem is with Bob is he is a nice chap, doing wonders at the club and has his heart in the right place. We just need results Bob.If doing wonders is making us worse each year that he has been in charge then he is doing a superb job.

The question “when will you resign?” was asked, and answered.The meeting was quite tense as Roberto knew what he was in for. But at the end of the day, how many other Premiership Clubs would do this, in fact how many other football club’s managers do this?
The message from the meeting as a whole was for the fans to get behind the Football Club and its players, as we can be a part of the solution to getting ourselves out of this situation.
Jayt we are absolute rubbish at the moment and I cannot see anyway we will stay up. How does Bob expect us to suddenly improve without changing anything????
