Can we keep it football please?
I just brushed that post aside
I’ve retired from spectating international football so I can concentrate on club football does that sound familiar Rooney terry etc?
As for Joe hart yes he’s poor but love him for flapping like a wounded pigeon when sir Ben Watson headed past him on a certain cup final!
They can leave if another club makes an offer which meets sharpies valuation.
Another anniversary thursday, its May 11th!
Suppose we should be gratefull so proud to be a Latics fan and what we have achieved. Will be interesting to see the team selection today.
Bogle will probably start in place of Powell as don’t think Powell will be here next season also interesting to see if the likes of Hanson and Tunnicliffe feature.Rather have a manager who Wigan Athletic means something to him rather than a well there’s money here see what they can do for my career man who isn’t particularly bothered if it doesn’t work out.
Graham Jones has premier league and international experience knows and gets on with Whelan. Admittedly its a very difficult job to take on if he is genuinely ambitious about first team management could it work very well for all parties?
Well if Graham Jones is in the stands Sunday with whelan and sharpie that will give the whole club and fans a huge lift.
Yes my choice he knows Whelan and the whole club well. His heart is Wigan Athletic perfect choice for me he won’t come cheap as the other applicants but look where that’s got us so sensible investment I think.
Does mutty mean Bournemouth?
Shaun McDonald has been an excellent servant to Wigan athletic and I fear we will lose him.
He always stays on pitch and applauds the fans every game.
He clearly is committed and gives everything good luck to him not sure what contract he on or when it expires but players like Shaun in my opinion are the players any club should be privaged to have.Toombed since Joyce took over.
Can’t keep Cairo ing on like this.
Apologies for any confusion was merely attempting to point out that 10 million pounds is not a significant sum of money in the football world.
Hope he gets his rewards good to see a club like Fleetwood enjoying success.
He has to date personally invested ten million in the club[/quote]
We received 7 million for 1 player!
All depends on the new manager.
Assuming its not barrow he will want his own squad and hopefully coaching staff and assistant.
There will be offers for our best players from other clubs and this will be our biggest problem keeping hold of our better players, especially when the club see the pound signs! -
