I for one was always an admirer of his qualities & what he was trying to do during his time at wigan. It was the manner in the way he left that turned love into hate.
I have said this elsewhere but if this guy does not change his attitude & stops thinking he is the big time charlie that he clearly isn’t, he won’t just be going back to crewe to attend a magistrates court……..

Blame whelan for appointing coyle in the first place & putting us where we where up until december. Cheaper option isn’t always the best one.
Still uwe has a summer now to bring in who he wants, style of play etc…& lets try to get up automatically. Play-offs have never really been kind to latics.I have a feeling that mondays game is going to be a repeat of the man city play off game all those years ago.

Must admit i was quite shocked on leaving the ground last night to hear the attendance. My 8 year old son asked how many fans were there from both clubs. I guessed 3000+ from QPR, then thought only 11500 wiganers turned up. I thought no way, there were well more than that.

Agree. Thought he was MOM last night.
But what always struck me about these namesake players was how they always seemed to play in the same team at around the same time as each other.
