Full squad out struggled against Macclesfield and a (then poor) Bournemouth before being tested.Without that ‘Fluke’ Martinez’ 4 year tenure would have been a complete failure.
I see a striking resemblance happening at Everton with the Europa campaign. He will probably win them the Europa League but get them relegated in the process.

The football game on the Friday night ruined what could have been a great game. You can’t play expansive rugby on a pitch like a bog. Shame really.
I’d imagine a few people who have Brisbane as their NRL side will go as well. I would have gone to one of the others if New Zealand Warriors were involved.
There’ll be quite a few fans who no longer attend games that will attend this and then yes some who go for the craic. Bit like the 30,000 we took to Wembley and then all those who turned out for the homecoming really.
The games on Friday and Saturday are friendlies effectively with the game on Sunday being the only one that really counts.
There is apparently a trophy on offer on Saturday which is a complete joke. The RFL are trying something new but instead of getting it right, will get it wrong a few times and then give in.
