Talk of Millwall tickets just had me checking when we have the pleasure of their company…
Spotted something weird with the fixtures near the FA Cup rounds.
Round 3 – next league game is Bournemouth at home
Round 5 – previous league game is Huddersfield away
Semi final – previous game is Millwall at home.At least we don’t play Macclesfield next to the R4 game :ohmy:
Bit fluky to get all three of last seasons cup opponents who are now in the Championship next to the cup rounds this season.

Wembley 2014Old Trafford Round 3 :SMicky Mouse Cup for the likes of Liverpool and Everton to worry about. Anyone who is anyone wants to win the Europa League.
It’s comments such as those from readers on there though that make me want RM to do well at Everton.
He is constantly berated for us struggling and going down without anyone taking into account our budget, the fact he was told to trim the wage bill, our standing alongside those we finished above time and again. I doubt we’d have been waltzing into Europe with someone else at the helm. We’d have faced the exact same struggles.
Just one bit of this that confuses me. If in your opinion Martinez was such a poor Manager (and at times I would fully agree) then why are you bothered he left? Surely it was a cause for celebration?

The games will more than likely sell out because RU has the corporate appeal that league doesn’t. Such and such a company will take fellow snobby nosed clients.
Was hoping to go to the game at the etihad but unless I get a freebie I don’t think I will be.

Here is an idea for your official club role. Have the trophy on display at the ground before each home game to allow the paying fans to see it.!The trophy IS on show prior to every home game. It is sat alongside the Challenge Cup, Super League trophy and many other trophies won over the years by both clubs as well as various other awards and memorabilia. ;)
I’m pretty sure that if some muppet hadn’t dropped the trophy at one of the events it has been at (not a WASC event BTW) then it would have been shown more than it has been, but the £10k bill to fix it is probably putting DW off the idea.
The owd farts down the road at Twickers must dream of having a game like that in their lifetime.
Did you watch Ireland v All Blacks?
Only the All Blacks could have scored that try in RU. Nobody else has the skill to throw the ball from one side of the pitch to the other like they did every tackle. Most teams would have knocked on or ended up running in touch.
Was devastated on Saturday when they scored that try, but at least I can enjoy the day on Saturday now without worrying about the game and being annoyed when the Aussies put 40 on us.
Been a cracking World Cup this and hopefully the game can build on it, but I wouldn’t trust the RFL as far as I could throw them (which if you’ve seen a picture of Nigel Wood you will realise isn’t far)
