Could it be that he has played three games in six days and for a 30 odd year old that would be hard work especially in 30 degree’s heat
cue he get’s paid enough to do it
You got your blue blinkers on again…
Clue was in my post – “First game I’ve seen him”
So 30 degs heat makes you deliver missed placed passes does it? I’d have thought he’d have run out of energy in that sort of heat rather than miscue passes?!?![/quote]
1 It was an opinion I should of said the blue blinkers because anybody who has an different opinion to the experts is accused of being blinkered (rolly eyes emotion )
2 it wasn’t aimed at you
3 30 degree’s heat may get you feeling a bit tired after three games
4 You’re dummy is still on the floor
it was last setday and even less happened
Remember lads these two were not let go for football reasons. They would have fit comfortably into a side hunting 100pts in League 1 but their pay was for a side striving to get promoted from the Championship. Two things don’t mix in the austerity world of Latics.Has the penny dropped
Let’s see setday if it works again :cheer:

yea play two or three up front that’ll get ya goals so the experts say
bloody rubbish yon mon
Still no answers coming forward as to why none of the strikers we have signed in recent times can bag ?
Ineffective midfield springs to mind over the last couple of years to have an goal scoring forward one has to provide the chances for the forward to score this as been the outcome for the last couple of seasons imo
Also turnover of players wouldn’t help I wonder if some stato could provide the turnover of players since the prem days to realise that a bit of stability would at least solve some of the problems that have arisen since relegation from the greed league.
Development Squad forward Cosgrove joins Barrow on loan.
Wigan Athletic can confirm that Development Squad forward Sam Cosgrove has joined Vanarama National League side Barrow on a month long loan until 19 September 2015.
The 18-year-old signed his first professional contract with Latics this summer, having been with the club from Under 16 level.
Cosgrove scored 22 goals for the Under 18s last season and was an unused substitute for the first team on five occasions in 2014-15.
We should not be giving young lads from Everton or any other frigging club match practice. To spend a month here then piss off back to their own club leaving us the situation of having to bring in players again to gel with the team. Flores played pretty well on Tuesday to be dropped today to make way for loanees on keep fit exercise at our club. Loanees..get shut and play our youngsters who would die for that badge.are you mental or just insane press A or B the choice is yours
My viewsLooked good going forward first half mainly due to junior & McCann (save for a few misplaced passes in his own half)
Caldwell takes off Junior & McCann early second half (why?)
Nobody up top when we defend a corner resulting in more of their men in the box and nobody up top to clear the ball to so it keeps coming back
Every one of their corners went back stick where it was 2 on 1 and they won every one. Is it just me who saw this?
Grigg is getting the Delort treatment, ran after everything little or no support
We didn’t score again
Doncaster got the ball wide, looked dangerous an whipped in plenty of dangerous balls, we didn’t
Keeper looks good at shot stopping, some great saves
We can’t play football at the back, same as we never have been able to
Is the Jewell way not better than the Martinez way ?Think that’s it, apart from my lad and his mate have both asked why we make them watch Wigan……again….losing young support hand over fist
ia this a wind up berore I answer that is
A good point today against a decent Donny side that ,like us ,will probably finish top 6.After such a massive turn over of players it’s amazing that after just 2 league games we’re already seeing signs of the quality to come. It’s also a bonus that after some of the crap we had to endure under Malky at least now we’re trying to play it the right way.
Cut out the kamikaze passing in defence and the future’s bright.
Sorry if my positivity upsets some of you. #ktf
Nearly fell off chair what a positive post well done
Playing attacking football. Peppering the oppositions box with crosses.
and getting caught on the break to go 1 down ????
I’m not arsed what’s Bobby Campbell doing these days
the Wigan Athletic way
Explain what this is if you don’t mind
