An amazing week and some great performances from
some of the seasons fall guys.
Special mentions to Walton, Robinson, Clarke , Massey and of course Reece James.
Delivered the goods when it mattered and the relief and elation when that second goal was smashed in today could be felt around the ground.
Well done to everybody in the team for finally stepping up to the plate when it really mattered.

Seems cooks rant after the Hull game had some effect and woke this underachieving bunch up at long last!
Fight and spirit win games like that today and all of the things I thought we lacked this season until
        This afternoon.
We hit the bottom three briefly this afternoon but what a reaction and what a result!
Easily the most significant win this season and I’d be very surprised to see us slip up now .

Certainly not sleepwalking this afternoon, great performance and loads of positives.
Preston and millwall games the key I think

Was in his company 30 odd years back at a football do and back then smoked the odd bacca or three.
Without realising it my lit cig started to burn through his wife’s dress however tommy never spotted it thankfully , probably wouldn’t be writing this now If he had
Rest in peace Tommy ,iconic hard man footballer from the sixties and seventies and a top bloke.

Fight and character ( Reece James aside) is something this lot do not have sadly and you need that in spades in this division in my opinion.
I said to somebody earlier today that this particular team is one the worst Tics side i have ever seen in decades for those particular qualities and they have many more faults besides.
One or two of them are just not good enough for this level and should never have been signed but they were and this is the result.
The plan to tackle and change it seems to have been tossed aside now and comments like “its just us ” says it all really.
i also cannot believe one or two of our best young youth players couldn’t have done any better than this current shower and why havent any been tried out?
Far too late to do anything now as the brakes have obviously failed and in to the car crash of relegation we go!

Post match comments suggest he’s given up already in my opinion. One win in 11 is atrocious form and relegation Bound day long !
End of the day this team isn’t good enough , poor performance last night against an under par mistake ridden team and still beaten.
Disregard Leeds and Birmingham away and Norwich at home. So Preston and millwall ( both bogey teams over the years ) is about it then.
                1 point , 2 at best .

I think two draws and a win will
                  Be enough.
The Bristol city manager gave us some praise which surely they have to take on board to Dull city.

Didn’t expect anything today so deffo a point gained at a ground we have seldom done well at.
Looking at the remaining fixtures The home form will be key and I have a weird feeling our away jinx is about to end.
Six points at least from the last six games is my prediction.
                    Very important result today

Refurb the concourses and improve the facilities instead of the barn like set up we currently have .
Anything that creates income has to be given credence surely and also frees up space elsewhere to rent out etc.
Just thoughts really but they really need to up their game to generate more turnover for the club.

I like IEC so far they stood their ground on the Grigg transfer and drove through a very hard bargain indeed .
Also looking at ways to make some money and maximise further income streams isn’t a bad thing given our financial plight.
I think they could do more with the East stand area and why not leave the concourses open for two hours after games so people can have a beer and a chat .
They could spruce these areas up to make them more appealing and encourage people to stay and have a drink etc.
It happens at other clubs I’m told and creates good revenue as well as creating a good atmosphere with the supporters.

As much as I despise every single one of their odious missile throwing bullies that call themselves supporters I hope they get sorted out and survive.
The behaviour of some of their number on Saturday was attrocious and some of the worst crowd trouble I have seen at our stadium for many a year.
If it was only them that supported this club I’d be clapping my hands in glee at the turmoil they are in.
However as football supporter myself with a sense of fair play I cannot find any other emotion other than pity at the moment for the very large number of decent supporters that follow this football club and deserve better.
All rivalry is cast aside with them in mind.

It doesn’t I agree but it doesn’t half feel good today knowing we absolutely destroyed our nearest rival.
Could have easily been 6 or 7 goals and if the team can’t take the positives out of that and build from that then very few of them should be playing professional football.
Four games at home and four away left and three of them against possible ‘ thoughts of the beach ‘ teams ‘.
The other five are against teams pushing for promotion
Or the play offs so bound to be some nerves amongst them(Nob end on Easter Monday would be nice to win and complete the treble at home against the derby rivals).
The home form is the key however surely but surely the away jinx is about to end somewhere and what better place to do it than at a jittery Elland road on good Friday.
Another seven points should absolutely nail safety and it seems a lot easier to achieve on the back
                            Of that inspiring victory !

Easiest win of the season against a very very poor Bolton side.
I said at 3-0 we had reached our safety net for victory and so it proved again today with the customary two soft goals conceded.
That said our forward play was superb and Powell showed his class in that 15 minute spell in the second half.
Always nice to beat them and (some of) their pond life masking as football supporters.
A very good day indeed and relief all round.

Gutless performance and easiest win Blackburn will have all season.
Bring on the tossers because on this form thy will certainly be going back to aspull with the points

Seems that even if they play really well this away jinx cannot be broken .
Won’t be placing any bets on latics at a ground we have struggled to get results at over the past decade.
Only ever one win at Ewood park in 2012.
You need character to grab results away from home and sadly that is something this team lacks.
                                  Always hoping though …………
