I cheered when he went off!
Dent his confidence?? GOOD! Hopefully thats the last game he plays for us, the man is absolute disgrace! Its not his lack of ability its his effort – zero! How do you know he doesn’t try? Please answer ashonestly as you can?
Because I’ve watched him week and after week, backs out of every tackle. never seen him run with the ball. always backwards passes even when there’s a better option forward.
The man has no heart and desire to play for us, and yes that could be said for the likes of N’zogbia and Hugo but at least they have some quality in themselves to produce decent performances.

Its not his lack of ability its his effort – zero! Also as he’s very right footed, shouldn’t really be played on the left as it slows the attacks down while he cuts in all the time.Oh right yeah, because him being on the left when he put that cross in for Hugo didnt work at all. :?
I have family in Denmark, one cousin being an ex player and manager in the game. And I was really shocked to hear Carroll moved to OB, the lifestyle and attitude towards to the game could not be more different to over hear.
To see an admitted alcoholic and gambler go over there I thought was a last ditch option for a desperate player. But from all reports he’s doing extremely well. I think its great to see an ex latic player over come his demons and get his football career back on track. Fair play to the lad! I look forward to going over there in May to see the OB v Copenhagen game.
I asked one of the Junior Stripes ladys how can my little lad become mascot because there hasnt been a weekly draw or anything (like in my old junior latics days) since he started going. And she didnt have a clue! All I was told was that in the new year it will stop being 11 mascots and go back down to 1. :o He’s no chance!
Every time I go down there, it is a set proceedure where they get the bodies forthe half time challenge and draw out the mascots for the next game available.
With regards to the places going down to one, it is just a rumour at the moment, please don’t spread that round as a done deal.
There are on line competitions as well as other ways to get their name down. As quoted above, there 3,500 members and turning up on match day is the best way to get your kids name in the hat as it were..
Why would the woman that runs Junior Stripes tell me otherwise?
Another “I know more than you post eh”
Did you go to Goole as well?

I’m Wigan till I die! I’m Wigan till I die! I know I am I’m sure I am. I’m Wigan till I die!
Does that answer your question? :D
I agree with SavageYeah but your no Cruyff or Savage so keep the negative comments to yourself when your on your own on your armchair on a Saturday ;)
Id have Ray Mathias in there too, good manager and almost took us up in the old division two. Not to mention we won the auto windscreen under him.
But `support` Man Yoo,Liverpool,Everton or Citeh yet never go watchin them…..
are an absolute disgrace and should be forcibly evicted from the town and put on the first plane to Benidorm! :?Here here!
They were bigger than Man United and Liverpool ?
see what i said above – newcastle in the 1950’s were like chelsea are now.
football happened to be going before the premier league
Like Chelsea now?? Your name is perfect for you mate, making a fool of yourself. TAXI!!!
It does not make sense to play 45 passes across the back four when your playing one of our rivals at home and the scores are level when 3 points would have been priceless. :? :? :?Was you at the same game!? I saw a completely different Wigan side today, not much passing along the back and a hell of a lot more “hoofs” up field.
They’re a thriving, successful, little club. They’ve signed a lot of quality juniors, and they’ve done almost everything right. But they’ve chosen the backyard of Premiership football to do it in.
HA!
They should give kids tickets away for free and build the next generation of supporters, and potentially fill the stadium. It would be interesting to see the stats on the offers taken up.Ive been saying this for years! Give away South Stand tickets to Under 10s. Fill that stand up week in week out.
Im getting sick of my little lad bringing home free thugby tickets, one of these days hes going to ask me to take him!So im a proper fan.Well done, your Blue Peter badge is in the post.
