count me in
I’ll go with Everton at home. simply because season after season they start like a damp bag of rusty spanners.
:snooty:
10th is higher than 16th, so I think you are talking out of your arse.
N’zogbia will be sold before the end of August, and the longer it drags on, the cheaper he will become. Whelan will not let him walk away for free next summer.
So a team spending all that money for 5 points more is worth going to?
I’ll bet you as much as you want that we will finish above Sunderland next season, With Charlie or not. :snooty:
I’ll also bet you that the mighty wires dump you out of the mentally challenged cup.
Run along egg boy!! :shhh: [/quote]

LMB there is a beltin Chinese holistic medicine store at Trafford for anxiety and stress. Try the hot stones massage to relieve tension.
Can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I still think there is something from Gomez. :o , if roberto can just get him to shift his arse during the match, he could be a decent impact player. Cracking set piece taker.
Re: Charlie, I agree; but I’m still optimistic as hell at present. Think I’m still up in the clouds from Stoke sunday.
See it’s pretty easy this premiership lark… :happy-partydance:

Ok, let me have my reality check. We have very recently also had our Cup Final (off top of my head was it 2006?) and also have finished in top 10.
I am not questioning that some of the teams mentioned are bigger than us in the eyes of the footballing world. But why should their goals be any different from our own. We should be and i believe we will be aiming for the same achievements as Stoke, Sunderland, Villa, Fulham. My initial comments were that Charles would do just as well to stay with us. He is familiar with our style of play and clearly benefitted from it, finishing our top goal scorer.
I dont believe a move to one of the mentioned clubs is a step up for him.
Anyway Tylders!! reality checks cant be requested as im still in the clouds from last weekend!!!

“the main sponsor”
“Saved by corrupt Trevor brooking”,
I’d sneak ‘allegedly’ in there quick pal. Other than that; bang on the money!i know it was because west ham were knackered and a little bit poor. But how exciting was it when we broke and Moses, Charlie, Sammon, Hugo and Diame galloping forward like wild stallions. still got a massive smile on my face now as i am typing.
great great game, that will stay with us forever.

Winds me up too. Recall Michael Owen and James Milner as candidates for the award of thick footballers. Their post match interviews were boring as hell.
I am pro Martinez. I like his black rain mac, his brown shoes. The fact he has to reposition the water bottles in the technical area before the game starts.
I like the way he presents us to the media, he isn’t a hot head like Jewell, looking for constant scapegoats like the fans when things don’t go our way. I like the fact that he is looking at young footballers to come in, rather than aging rock stars who have had their day. Martinez is a Wigan legend let’s not forget that. What he is doing, he believes he is doing for the good of Wigan Athletic. There are no hidden agenda’s with this guy. That’s why I am pro Martinez.
I’m not bothered that we havent won the league this season; I’m not to fussed we missed out on champions league. I’m quite happy turning up watching my Wigan play on a Saturday regardless. That makes me happy and that’s why I pay my money season after season. All these fans moaning about why we’re not challenging for Europe or we’re playing poor. Just have a think about your first ever game and why you actually come along to match day. You might just surprise yourself.
Well, that went on a bit longer than I planned.
You get my drift though, hopefully.Ouch…! :confusion-seeingstars:
I’d like to say we’d give you a good turning over, as I feel you’re there for the taking at present. Mainlydue to circumstances off the field. However I feel our infamous yo yo form will prevail and a good old draw is most likely all we can ask.
I have been villa few times and have always enjoyed the day. Mainly due to the beltin access back onto the M6, which meant home and beer on bar by 7.30pm. Always a bonus.
