We have some right tight bastards as fans. 180 quid for season tickets and third biggest club away in cup and folk are complaining if it’s 15 quid more than I paid to watch at Derby a few weeks ago.
Basically he came back from Italy at the end of November completely unfit and Joyce got in touch to ask him to come in and do some training as he had him at United. Since then he has trained well and is now sharpening up with the aim that he is ready for first team action in the new year. We seem favourites to sign him but other clubs are interested so club keeping profile low. Watch this space……
Told you all this two weeks ago. He’s been training with the club for the 3 weeks now to get fit. Could provide the spark we need if he’s fit and though he’s a gamble he’s a gamble we need to take.
Never looked like scoring in second half apart from goal. We looked dangerous almost everytime we went forward and Yanic was immense. Struck fear into the heart of their defence throughout. Great win for the new gaffer. Classic away performance of counter attacking football.

Am unsure as to why Bogdan is deemed out of form? Can’t think of any goals he could be blamed for in last few weeks.
Guess ya gotta draw the line somewhere. Am sure Vince will decide if footballs not for him! Last season was pretty entertaining but last season in championship and this one so far has been bloody dire!
Given the possession we have the low number of chances we create has to be a worry. Surely if you have the ball twice as much as the opposition you should be creating more chances if your strategies beating fruit? Felt Sorry for Yanic as he constantly has 2-3 men marking him when he gets the ball. Still. A wins a win. This squad has enough decent players to avoid being in the bottom 3 all season that’s for sure.
Similar start to last season. Slow tempo in final third kills us. Need to move at pace but by the time the ball goes in box they are back in and set up. Thought wide players were awful tonight and offered little. Byrne looked decent, Power not in game. Definite foul for their goal but we had enough of ball to turn it round. Looks like a long season.
Get in the real world. Like most blokes can afford to spend 200 quid on a night out in Manchester. Not sure I agree that folk should go into debt on a credit card to watch a load of overpaid over rated fellas kick a ball about. Proper football died in the early 90s. Hearts been ripped out.
Tossers? Bit strong. Some people struggle to find 200 quid in one lump some and in the summer when it’s kids holidays etc it’s hard to prioritise football. Others like to pick and choose as most games we play at home in championship seem to produce no goals for us. After beating bottom club we’ve scored one in three at home. Hardly the kind of action that’s gonna convince some not to pick and choose. The thick que may become the non existent que soon as on this form we will be down by Easter.
