In recent months I have described Espinoza as an average player, at best.
I now wish to retract that statement and downgrade him to absolutely fucking woeful.
If simply running around a field very energetically for 90 minutes without doing anything meaningful with, or without, a football is what we are looking for, I have two cats here that could fill that role far more cheaply than he does.
Totally agree, his passing was awful, but it normally is. Maloney was excellent today and Ramis was really good but he always is. Barnett isn’t good enough with him at the back.

Geez our fans are fickle. Roger wasn’t great today though still his energy levels and effort were higher than any other midfielder. In the games he has played he has been in the best couple of players in 50% of them. At least try and be balanced.

Got told by member of coaching staff in first month of season that he had lost the dressing room as he was treating the players like kids. This was then repeated by previous Physio who stated players didn’t wanna play for him. Spoke to these guys regularly over last few years and have no reason not to believe them.
Pure desperation. Delort then Riera then Fortune then Waghorn. He has no confidence in any of them and on this season’s performances his signings are to blame. Am starting to feel relegation is a real possibility.
His energy and drive provides a tempo that can bring a team to life. Won a penalty, set up equaliser, played some great through balls but the armchair guru’s still cant admit he’s a decent player. Must just be a coincidence then that he played in cup final and in games like yesterday. Get him back in the stand!
Reckon 4th division with lowest budget, worst crowds and ground in it was tougher than this league where we receive parachute payments giving us 4 times the income of the average club. If we dont go up next season from there on in with our income one of the worst in the league we will do well to stay up.
What’s to worry about? Two clean sheets, Delorts the new Andy Liddell, Forshaws ‘got it’, Rogers back involved and we have one of the best squads in the league apparently. Am sure in your heart of hearts none of you really expect Dave to sack Uwe. He will give him to the new year at least.
