What a waste of a post this is,for gods sake lets give it all we have to stay up,and if the worst happens it happens. As supporters we should be supporting the club till the end,no matter who is manager and what our opinion is,when the dust settles then we can opinionate was it right or wrong. Now have a good week and turn up on Saturday and shout your head off for the club and survival.COME ON WIGAN!
If he is not banned just leave him out.
Through decidely cr4p managerial skills, poor backroom staff and garbage efforts in the transfer market. The Caldwell chuckle brothers would not be first choice at Rhyl.We are officially the worst team in the Premier League.
But still, some of you will try to justify this total failure as not being his fault.
Still, there may be happier times in the Championship – and should Saint Bobhead the patron saint of incompitence take us down to the bottom three of that league by the half way point, the starry eyed Bobby boys will still say he is the right man for the job.
League table proves it – simply and utterly not up to it.
Rhyl could be a tad upset about slagging them off like that, they wouldnt have signed them in the first place.
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11682_6718089,00.htmlNow that Gary Caldwell is definitely out for a reasonable amount of time, please play Lopez and not S Caldwell.
lopez and alcaraz please.
Scored a mighty fine goal against NOBLOT i recall.
Most of them booed Gomez when he shyt out of a tackle but didn’t bother when anyone else did. Diame, for example.Too easy a target, for people who don’t know any better
sorry Griff but he is not good enough and he brings it on himself ,i didnt boo but im glad he went off he does not deserve to wear the shirt.
could have been his last game for us after that,i think he knew what he was doing.
John Butler for me.
As if MOTD’s coverage wasn’t bad enough, MOTD 2 decided to twist the knife by doing a proper count of Everton’s missed chances complete with comedy beep as each number appeared and then finished off with Stam’s miss complete with comedy beep as the solitary no.1 appeared on opposite side of screen ! This left a final score of something like 9-1 to Everton !! What next ??? :roll:how crap they must be to miss 9 to our 1,doesnt sound so bad now.
more ruined saturdays to come with this clown in charge, and yes he his a clownhe should be at Blackpool, and not at the football club.
I actually predicted that the loser of this game would go down whilst the winners would clamber their way to safety ! With hindsight it would appear that we are on our way to the Championship ! Negative ? No realistic ! :(one disallowed missed pen i bet he says we where unlucky, and at least we are creating chances,he should see what we see and stop defending his tactics or players.
The marketing team need to promote to the right people. You see posters inside the concourses every game advertising upcoming games. Nearly everybody inside the ground already has a season ticket or is already going to these games. Its almost a waste putting them in there. Also, why not shut the top of the south stand? Just the top 10 rows for example. It would bring people closer giving a better chance of atmosphere and make it look busier.
The club also needs to loosen its grip on fans being turned away at the ticket office when they are first time buyers. Even if it mean a few opposition fans in our end it isn’t really a big deal. I had Liverpool fans behind me on Wednesday who didn’t offend anyone when they scored or throughout the game.
We should be averaging 20k in this league but if locals would rather follow a successful random team from their pub its not easy to take their money. Location means nothing to them, its all about success.
what about putting transport on from uni etc or colleges.
Fully understand saying not seen them at Millwall or other various scary / naughty places to go too but let’s not knock the away support yesterday.
We get knocked for taking 52 supporters to Spurs and then people slag supporters off when we almost fill our allocation at Blackburn.not knocking the support just saying some may not go again, due to the antics of some of our own, young lad with his dad on his first away trip reduced to tears doubt he will be too keen to take him again.
nottingham and to take you back the weekender in torquay superb from what i remember :D  ;)both Torquay trips best i can remember, hole in the wall pub excellent hospitality on both occasions.
I dont very often make negative comments about our players, but 9 times out of ten hugos first touch is woeful, also 9.9 times out of ten he’s shooting is woeful and that goes for were ever he is playing.Zoggy looks as though he can’t be bothered and on the odd occasion when he decides to have a go, he is so predictable, me missus would negate him, i’m afraid that IMOhe is a bit of a one trick pony.
Why oh why did we change from the unpredictability of Stam ( On the 2 occasions hes started we’ve scored and got points) to the predictability of zoggy.
And i said in post a few weeks back that with our style of play we will struggle to score more than 1 goal in a game, and we will need more than one on many occasions if we are to win enough not to get into a relegation battle, I still stand by that.
Scotland finds the net again,i bet he is not a lone striker.
