Bobbed down to wish them well myself
Good effort, well doneI e to see ex players and current players donating, and enjoying the supporters club’s thanks on Twitter
Don’t my bit alongside thousands of othersWhat has been said on social media that has Krasner threatening legal action?
So if they have negotiated the big debt away, sold some high earners and got cash in to clear the football debt, and then negotiate a sale that saves the club , will they not have done a good job? They could have simply broke it up. Don’t think we should automatically jump down the parasite route.
Number one priority we have a club to support and it looks like it is moving in that direction otherwise there was no point in negotiating the 25m debt away. If they are on 500 quid an hour, lucky them, wish I was!Interesting they have opened up the membership, wonder if they are in the know? I was impressed by them and joined at the start of our troubles a few weeks ago, will rejoin
Yes, an article in the guardian on that, unbelievable timeline.
How on earth he was allowed to take over.
History now though, new buyer needed….Brinkmanship
It will go to the wire
In any deal if someone accepts your offer too early you will always think u could have got a better deal
Patience needed, something I have little of!It will go down to the wire, contract negotiations always do, just like at transfer deadline day. I don’t know the key dates for the efl and continuity in the league, but my guess would be those would be the dates to watch for development in ownership
I’m surprised at Jackson getting Stick, he seems completely committed. His role is to lead and manage the business, the administrator has the job of selling it
Very sad, more to come I am sure
Both of them would suit me, they would have to suit the new owners though!!! Won’t get an appointment until new owners in place
Right, how do we look forward? All potential buyers now have clarity on league revenues, the saleable value of player assets and the wage structure, all of which were uncertain before. Before today I don’t see how any buyer could have made a plan, but now they can. The uncertainty remains on gate receipts. Lots of clubs have been thRough administration and come through it, a much smaller number have gone to the wall. The only thing for sure is things will be different, speaking to Bolton supporters, they got through and have a team to support, and most probably agree that is the most important thing.
Big news now to watch for is the development of the ownership, I just hope we get someone who can provide stability first and the progress (hopefully with unity!).Feels a bit like the end of the world tonight, but the administrator has talked about some potential buyers may prefer a start in league one, don’t buy that myself! Well we now have to wait and see what the ownership negotiations bring and what revenue they can likely expect. The next few months with no Match day revenues will kill some clubs, let’s hope ours isn’t one of them. Just looking at the maths though someone needs a big wedge of cash to buy it, pay the football creditors and run the club without match day revenues for an undefined period. An awful lot of cash.
How about naming parts of it after the key people at the supporters club for all of their efforts? Sentimental I know but they deserve some recognition like a lounge or something named after them
Number one super guy
