There are a couple of key fixtures over Christmas against Shrewsbury and burton as well that would be really good to winMe too Egg, well said. One of a long line of black hero’s at Latics probably starting with Steve Johnson, don page, Ellington Roberts etc etc. The colour of their skin is important.
His podcasts are interesting, he has had some pretty high profile guests. like his style or not he gets them to talk openly and at length, now in my book if u r a journalist u want to get people to talk openly, so he is doing something right.

Don’t forget that that wasn’t 20k households, there were three from mine plus my parents and I have done the donation for all 5 of us. I think there were a fair chunk of the attendance that went as families as we were in the lucky position of having loads of tickets. Not sure 20k is the base number but I agree with the sentiment that there aren’t as many contributors as you would hope for
