I have played at the Members Equity Stadium (Rugby League) and the place is brilliant. I also watched Perth Glory there and there fans are quite funny and give it the big one from the shed!!!!
A trip to the USA or Australia would be good.
Hugo would be worth a good portion of the fee if he was played in a formation that suited him.
Abram Latic, how can we take your comments seriously when Scotland has scored 0 league goals, Moreno 0 league goals and Hugo is a part time striker. Our attack has not scored a goal and you think Agbonlahor would not be any good.. Oh my god
I find it funny people think we play 4-3-3 when we are attacking. DO these people even go to the games????
Please watch tomorrow when we play and tell me how many times we have 3 in attack.
We play a very defensive 4-5-1 and when going forward if we dont pass into touch or into trouble we still play 4-5-1 as our wingers do not make runs as in a 4-3-3 formation.

The main concern is Martinez does not understand how it is to be played. If he did he would ensure it happened and not serve up the rubbish we do.
I didnt expect the negative comments on my post after all you are all positive thinkers.

Brilliant Bobby does an interview, Brilliant he is a nice man, Brilliant the people asking the questions were star struck….we are still playing poor football with players with no interest (in my view down to the manager) he still thinks Gomez and Scotland are going to come good, he still thinks we are playing well, the fact is we are not playing well, we do not look like winning games, we very rarely have a shot on goal, the “experts” (pricxs) on sky sports have commented 4 times I have been told by arm chair united supporters that we have played in the worst game ever, so something must be wrong.
Do i have superior football knowlege to Martinez, well if this is his best then yes I do.

If Martinez came and told me how to run my business I would take his comments on board thank him and then move on not taking a blind bit of notice what he said as we are doing ok and do not look like going down at the end of the season. I would make changes if we did and run the business in a different way!
What a poor interview, there has been no specific questions asked and it appears all the fat men in the photo would have been sat there star struck.

Sounds like a good bloke, we never questioned that, we questioned his ability and saying Gomez and Scotland will come good should have been laughed out of the room. He also did not throw Scotland in straight away either.
He is a legend and a good bloke granted but he is not the man to take Wigan forward, the interview shows that quite clearly. Also asking him what his choice of pie is, is pathetic. Just because the fat men doing the interview like pies, this has made you look like jokers.

Standish I think you are deluded as you wont have a bad word against the worst manager we have EVER had for the level we are playing at. AT least when we were siht we expected it and were not promised free flowing football like this mon has. Other than that, you have good opinions, just different to me.
What about asking him the following for me please:
Does he feel that as a club we have moved forward since the start of the season and is he happy with the current status at the club from an off field and also an on field position.
Supporters club no good, nuteral territory best weekdays. True views then.
The people who would not come are the ones shouting that everyone is a chubster and they have been around for years in case they are not known to anybody and get found out.

Johnny Cornflake – Why start rodders on the bench, why not play him upfront with someone else like he has done previously and done well. He is a good player played out of position. I would agree if you had said bench rather than left wing!

Martinez has shown no signs of learning so I am not sure hwere this is from, he seems to be getting worse.
Trying new things such as 4-4-2, its been around years but Martinez seems to hate it. Spurs we did it for 14 minutes and had looked half decent.
We do NOT play 4-3-3 when going forward. The wide men do not get forward enough other than the odd run until possession is lost. THis is not 4-3-3. You need to watch this if you attend games and see that we have no structure going forward and therefore give up possession by the slow football.
Passion, I would at least stop myself making comments such as “conceeding goals does not bother me”, “we played well and are building a platform” – The players play like Martinez, dull and not interested.
Our support is pathetic and unfortunatly that does not make me a rugby fan or a Swansea fan. I think Everton away this season made me realise how bad it is, there were 450 there. I was also amazed that we only had 11,000 home fans against Everton. Yes I was also there with the 500 or so at Portsmouth which I thought was ok. These loyal supporters are dying off though and who can blame us with what we have to look forward to.
You need to also get it into your head that the football we play is not building up to anything, we pass it around at the back then lose possession, we are so easy to play against its frightening. A little faster would be a start.
The fact is Martinez as ruined what we had and killed off support that we need. He needs to go, now or the end of the season but he is not the man for the job!
Its not results is it, its the lack of passion shown by th eplayers and the decisions made by the manager that is killing us off.
I do not mind losing as long as the players try hard, the football master martinez has them playing is not good enough, simple as that.
