Why not make this a special day and charge £15-00 maximum and let’s see what kind of crowd this attracts.
Shrewsbury at home.

Or better still donny, seeing as its xmas & all that, £10 for adults & £1 or £2 for kids under 16.

Will Grigg also played a big part, off the ball creating space for the midfielders to score the goals again.

And missed an absolute sitter ! ;)
TBF fil, a fitter & match-sharper grigg would have buried that chance. That’s if you are referring to the one where he did all the hardwork, then skied his shot over the bar.

Power had a great game.

He did! But i also want to praise evans as well. IMO he is the piece that we have been missing the past few weeks. Take nothing away from power, but evans is basically a better version of power.
I also want to praise paul cook in having the balls to make the much needed changes in the team.

The only downside to the evening was that utterly shite Noel Gallagher song they played at halftime! Sounded like Abba, absolute garbage!

Nearly as bad as the referee
Haha!! He was a shocker!

Congratulations to the colclough family

Well done donny for starting a positive thread. I was going to post last night, but thought i’d wait & see if someone else was going to post first.

As usual, given a win, not many people post. However, i suspect had we have lost, the floodgates would open from our usual suspects.

Jacobs played well, but i was also impressed with colclough. Took his chance to start the game quite well.

Is there some sort of panic or a crisis going on at the club. We’re 2nd in the league, not 22nd.

Cook seems stubborn at times with his substitutions

Just like most managers TBH.

James in for Elder
Grigg in for Toney
&
Colclough in for Massey

I wasnt there on saturday, but from what i’ve read elsewhere, i agree with that.

Gutted with the result. Its only our 3rd defeat (i think) of the season, but its another top 6 side that has defeated us. Were we unlucky? Or is it something that needs to be looked at?

I was kind of hoping for a day out at wembley like we came close to a couple of seasons ago. I dont want to appear as over cautious, but i hope we are not putting all of our eggs into the one basket.

Ha ha Kevin lynch! Did he once send four off from the other side at Springfield? He was proper dreadful!cant remember who against

I remember the game when paul rogers barged into him (on purpose) & sent him flying. He was having a shocker as per usual.

And to be fair, i thought jacobs, massey & powell were all of their games today.
