Thought he was tremendous, as was Josh Laurent. Another player we didn’t give a chance to. Sometimes we are guilty of wanting instant success and not giving players time
They wouldn’t though would they vince that’s the point. It would be the likes of city, liverpool, chelsea, united, spurs, arsenal.
Fully agree with your comments about the cup and yes the PL has been dire unless you ask Liverpool fans who will claim it’s been the toughest one ever

Exactly nuneaton. The big clubs don’t understand that a lucrative tie and replay for a small club can be a massive difference in their fortunes.
He’d have been on the bench, but like I said, he was massively out of form and isn’t as good a Championship striker as Garner who was probably (rightfully) picked ahead of him.
They’ve already got rid of replays from rd5 onwards, won’t be long before they get rid from rd3 onwards.
The sooner the “top clubs” form a European Super League the better.

If he’s that good, why has no club in the entire league come in for him this window?Its been pretty much shown that he is a League One striker and I would imagine that due to you spending 3m on him that most clubs in that league can’t afford him
He’s scored goals everywhere he’s been except Sunderland, but yeah he’s garbage.
Grabbed another 10 goals for us after the City one (his 7th of the comp) I think including the one that won us the league.
Maybe you just haven’t used him right and got the best out of him, and if anyone knows about that with strikers it’s us.
