I have to wonder if some of the loan players have the same clause as Haugaard had.
Power, Jacobs and Macdonald out and Reece James in.Would you choose to release them or is it a prediction?
Apparently he’s gone back to Stole with a “shoulder injury”.
Tonight
We have a modern tendency to attempt to change history.Oh the irony!
about assets did whelan buy the new training ground with the sale of players im sure i read that somewhere
if so then it belongs to the football club not whelan family as for the stadium who in their right mind would buy our club when all they would be buying is the name only..nothing on the playing side worth selling whelan has already done that
and then there are those that say whelan has done this for nothing but spent a fortune of his own
whelan never does anything for nothing not his styleAnd I’m sure you dreamt it!
Bicky, how many times do people have to post links to view the club’s financial returns before you’ll believe Dave Whelan does not pilfer money from the club?!
People tend to believe what they want to be believe. And unfortunately most people prefer to believe the worsst/most salacious.
Yeah, but who appointed those managers?Whelans time is done. By installing David Sharpe, it allowed him, selfishly, to keep a foot in the door, so to speak. Rather than selling us and cutting all ties.
Make no mistake, the selling of Yanic will have been engineered. It was made out like he had slapped a transfer request in. Maybe he did. But there was more to it than that. Once the club learned of interest in him, and the money being talked, they decided to take the coin.
A great decision, financially. 7 million was literally a steal, for a player worth no more than 3. (In my opinion)
A bad decision, football wise. As we lost our main attacking threat. Is this supposition or do know all that for a fact?
Why sign him on those terms then?Who says we did?
Have you ever stopped to think that miserable choots like you are one of the main reasons the atmosphere is so bad? Me well I’m just going to enjoy a rare win and not waste my time looking for negatives.
I’ll only vote if there’s a box to tick for “none of the above”.When the season ends in relegation, this almost certainly will, it just doesn’t seem appropriate to have a player of the season award.
What a petty attitude. No matter what has happened over the season Burn has never shirked his responsibilities. He most definitely deserves recognition for maintaining his standards among all the dross.
I would love you to go public with all this stuff you come out with. Would you ever have the guts to produce either facts or substantiated evidence and put your name to it. I think we all know the answer.
Put your head above the parapet instead of carrying out an embittered personal agenda and you might get a bit of respect.
Until then you’ll just be viewed as a repetetive, whining old scrote with an axe to grind.
We’ve had 4 clearouts in the last 2 seasons. The last thing we need is another one.
I wonder if the super fan is proud of his boys tonight? To be fair though it’s not the players fault, it is the people at the top who are accountable for this fucking mess and I hope that they have the decency to admit it and apologise when we mathematically succumb!Have you seen the goals? Not much Sharpe Jackson and the rest can do when experienced professionals do stuff like that.
Love your optimism but then the realism kicks in.
We will fight to the end.
The reality is we have to. I fear for the club if/when we go down.
As Theresa would say, Relagation means Relegation. I fear where the club will be in 5 years time. I fear we will implode. :S
If people turn their back on the club, as some on here have said they will, it will be tough. But if those football snobs grow a pair and decide that League One isn’t beneath them we should be OK.
I hope so!Why?
