                I’m quite sure he did the line for a match at Springy as a late replacement. Was quite surprised as I didnt think a local could officiate his local side.

                  Was only a nipper Arky, but I think your memory i slipping. Neil Davids got flattened defending a corner and in the melee that followed Brian Kidd was sent off. Not sure if it was Kidd that did Davids tho. Latchford and Frank Corrigan were also involved. Seem to remember Davids saying sumat like he’d lost a bit of respect for a certain England International.

                      I remember that well JR. He then pretended to sign autographs for everybody. Gary Brabin I think.

                          He’s half decent? he’s ok? he does a job? blah blah. I’m sorry but I think he’s terrible…seriously. He has a trick or two granted, but I don’t think he would get into any other side in the premiership, and certainly shouldn’t be in ours. He’s lazy, he can’t head a ball, has no energy, he’s unfit, he’s scored one league goal in nearly 2 seasons, doesn’t tackle and falls on his backside at key moments. Get rid!

                                Clive Tyldsley, didn’t he criticise the spanish for not singing their national anthem, then have to apologise after realising that there are in fact no words to the Spanish national anthem?
